I genuienly feel the masks have a pisitive benefit on my skin. Yes I have a glow when I remove it in the morning that lasts after washing but the softness and look of my skin is fab. One complaint- When are you going to have one for the neck and decloatage area

Angie was extremely helpful in resolving my request to cancel my subscription automatic shipment. I have gotten stocked up and will continue to enjoy their products in the future for great skincare.

I've used two masks and so far, they have been great! Very soothing and I love the results. Can't wait to keep going with them.

I recently purchased a product but due to a mix up I needed to cancel my order. Angie was wonderful! She kept in contact and answered all my stupid questions. Can’t wait to actually try the product I almost ordered. Thanks again Angie!

Even though the website is UK based, it is a Chinese company. Purchased a grounding sheet from them. Did nothing for us so I requested to return the sheet. I was then told I need to return to China at a cost of £30. Was then advised to buy a Grounding tester, which I did. Their Grounding Tester, I have now been advised, does not test for earthing/grounding but for the conductivity of the sheet only, whether plugged in or not. Still don’t know if the grounding sheet actually is works. Was given 50% discount on the sheet. Waste of money.

I would rate it zero. It’s a scam . I was charged for additional purchases . No customer service - don’t even try to contact them .
In the end I had to cancel my credit card to avoid their charges

Love these masks. Accidentally ordered the wrong product and was resolved within the evening by Angie, on a Sunday. Great service! Will be ordering again, especially now that it’s winter and my skin is so dry!

The package didn’t arrive. It says it was delivered, but nothing has arrived to my address. Took over a month before I could see any information about it, and it’s not here. No response to emails either. Got the money got no product

My customer service was excellent! Angie was very responsive to my email as I accidentally chose a subscription to your incredible face masks and I only meant to do one order. I will continue to show with Wellnature in the future.

I love the masks, and my skin feels so good.

Aside from fast delivery. The cream and the mask is so awesome. It is really true....no gimmick at all, very gentle in the skin.

Was happy with my initial order, so once I was running low on masks, placed a new order for a significantly higher amount.
Less than half of my order arrived and the quality was significantly decreased in the masks sent.
Tried multiple times to contact about missing items, but received no response. Opened a dispute, received an email from them, replied attaching my previous multiple attempts to contact and have heard nothing since.

Not only do the masks not stay on nor did I every see any visable improvements. I did not subscribe and yet every month they ship me tons of these masks charging me anywhere from $49.00 to $89.00 at the first of each month. I went in to cancel subscription that they apparently put me in and it states I have no subscription, which is correct, but they keep charging me and shipping them. I have emailed over and over to STOP! There is no number, so I just keep sending emails. I have disputed the charges, so hopefully this will stop the scamming.

IM 75 YEARS YOUNG, THE MASK IS AMAZING. MY SKIN WAS SO HYDRATED AFTER USE I LOVE THE WAY MY SKIN FEELS, AND IT DID SOFTEN THOSE NASTY WRINKLES.

Brutal mask. Does not stay on face- I’ve used a lot of masks and these would be good if they stayed on the face. Waste of money!

It looks like they shipped my order in two shipments after waiting almost a month. First package arrived very dirty, torn, and damaged second package still hasn’t come and when I contacted them there is no response. Poor customer service and the product that I received wasn’t what was ordered. Now two months later I guess I will never get to see what my over a hundred dollars spent looks like

The end result was worth the bit of trouble I had with the masks not staying in place. I have a small face so I have to use a stretchy head band to keep them flopping and slipping.
As an oral chemotherapy patient, taking the meds daily (300 mg) for the past 7 years, my skin is very fragile and very dry. I was really delighted with the results the second time I used the mask; the first time results were not impressive; but the second time - WOW! Can’t wait to see what the next treatment yields.
