This company doesn't deserve even 1 star. I ordered 1 knee brace but was charged for 5. I immediately contacted the company but was told it was too late to change my order as it had been shipped. I had asked for a refund but as many others have said this was very complicated and almost impossible. I am disgusted at how this business is conducted with zero integrity.

Avoid this company at all costs!
I ordered 1 £17.95 knee brace. Through it's poor and complex ordering system I ended up ordering 8, not the 1 that I wanted and was charged a whopping £92!
The order could not be edited. When I realised what had happened ( within 5 minutes) I contacted their helpline but was told it was too late to amend the order as it had already been shipped - interesting as it didn't arrive for another 17 days!! It was going to cost me another £33 to send them back. Also the product was useless - no knee support whatsoever! Eventually I got a partial refund of £36.
This company is an utter SCAM. PLEASE DONT fall for their false advertising and questionable trading practices.

BEWARE! Wellnee put an automatic payment on your PayPal without permission. They then bombard you with emails. If you click on one just to look at the website- boom - payment taken without clicking anything. If you try to cancel (I did 10 mins after I realised) they will lie and say they cannot refund "as its on its way to the courier". If you threaten to contact your bank - Wellnee will say that if you do - they will not refund.

This is a scam.

Excellent product IF you can get it! I'm still waiting on delivery from Yodel. Tracking says it has been "out for delivery" for 11 days. Wellnee support is useless! Their opinion is it's my problem. Yet I'm the one out £80+

Beware of this company. I ordered 1 box of patches and they charged for 14!
I immediately contacted them and they said too late, orders gone through. I cant afford to lose this money so close to Xmas, it seems after reading other reviews they make a habit of conning countless people!

If I could give this company a zero I would - you can’t order what you want on line they add stuff on and then charge your bank whether you complete the order or don’t - they are a joke and I should have looked on here before ordering- please take this as a warning !!!!

WELLNEE made a fictitious order taking money off a credit card which the details were stored on their site. This cost an 83 year old pensioner over £38
Many messages but any chance of a refund are zero !

This evening another attempt was made to FRAUDULENTLY thieve more money but I had instructed the provider to put a stop 🛑 on your company so this has left you frustrated.
I now make it my business to tell the absolute truth about your dealings to as many people as I am able !
You are an absolute disgrace an embarrassment to yourself……DESPICABLE !!

From all the reviews I've read just reiterates my experience, no way to amend unplaced orders. Too late to cancel or amend a few minutes later by email (which was acknowledged). Nor responding to requests for return details. Something should be done about companies like this. Taking advantage of people's pain and discomfort. I feel I have been scammed out of nearly £100. Why I didn't check reviews beforehand God only knows.

Tried to cancel, they said no it’s too late.

Tried to return, they said they would only accept returns to the USA.

Ein falscher Klick und es wurde eine größere Anzakl an Kniebandagen beauftragt. Trotz sofortiger Stornierung keine Reaktion. Rückgabe bisher nicht möglich, da auch nach einer Woche kein Retourenschein erstellt wurde.

An absolute scam of a company. £36 I paid for 2 knee braces. Tried them tonight and they are horrendous. They dont support the knee at all. You can't tighten them properly and by the time I came back from walking my dog, they had slid down below the knee cap. They dont fit around the knee cap, they sit on top. They're not deep enough to cover the knee properly anyway.
The returns process makes it very clear that you will NOT get your money back once you’ve opened the packet. Then its going to take around 3 months for a refund, AFTER you have paid your own postage fees of course. So you'll be out of pocket more if you return.
Just avoid. Its another Chinese money making gimmick.
Made in China, delivered from China, nothing to do with the USA as I was led to believe while ordering.

Dreadful company, while you are ordering they stick pop ups, I ended up ordering more than I needed, raised it immediately, they said it was too late because the product had gone for dispatch and I haven't been able to get my money back. Worse still, the product is absolute rubbish. Avoid at all costs, I have left 1 star but only because there is no facility to give a zero rating

Feel duped wanted to buy £18 worth ended up paying £39 ,ripoff , website is loaded against customers , very confusing so getting trading standards involved and my friendship which is large also won’t be touching this company , they caused more pain than the sore knee I have !

Don't even want to give 1 star. As soon as I had placed my order,like a lot of other people,another £39 was taken from my card for no reason.Got in touch within minutes,to be told order had already been made up. Really???? Yet it took another 2 days for a confirmation to come through.
Still waiting 2 weeks later for them to arrive.
Wish I had seen this website before I ordered. Putting it down to my stupidity,never again!!!

I had the same issue as many others. Went to order two knee braces, suddenly all these extra items ended up in my cart, and I could not back out of the transaction. No confirming email was sent. These people are crooks and should be stopped.

1 star because no facility to leave 0. Avoid at all costs. I ordered 1 brace and like others I have been charged through 4 different bank transactions but 1 order for 1 brace plus another 4 and 1 patch and then another 4.
Sent email immediately within 15 mins and told already processed and in transit. Impossible.
Contacted my bank and they are well known to be a scam company.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Like everyone else I ordered an item and have been sent and charged for an extra pack of 4 - I thought it was a con as I went through so didn’t even finish the order but they’ve still taken the money and processed it. I emailed them straight away but of course it’s in transit and too late for a refund why am I not surprised.
