I never signed up! I do not have account with them, however I get charged every month, I reached out to them 4 times, no response at all and I still get charged! The worst!

I ordered Melt from this company and was told it would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. After that time, it still was not delivered. I made several calls and sent several emails with no response from them as to the delivery of the product. So I told them to cancel as I no longer could trust them. I was told it could be cancelled with a $50 penalty, which could be applied to more products. I said no. 2 weeks after this conversation, they sent me the product overnight without my further authorization. Now I find out the product is no longer on their website. I warn anyone not to deal with this company. I thought this company was reputable as they advertise on TV and have prominent doctors. How stupid that I fell for this. The delivery of the product was 7 weeks from my initial payment.

Orderd knee braces It said 90days return but when I tried to return they did not honour and said it is only for 30 days.
I made a mistake in ordering 4 instead of one knee brace But flat refusal to take back 3 unused braces . Will not order from this company ever . Be careful if mistake made the company does not want to know you.The advertisement is false saying 90 days to return
Be very very careful and do not trust them
