Joanna built a wonderful retreat package for myself and my group of female business owners. Nothing was too difficult, and she was on hand with all queries. There were no issues with transport, accomodation, food. Everything was perfect, and actually better than I anticipated. I will be booking through Joanna going forward for all my retreats. Joanna has been absolutely amazing, helping me to book my first ever solo retreat. She was responsive and provided clear information and guidance to help me book and enjoy my stay at Shanti Som in Andalucia. From booking the holiday and flights, finding the dates that worked for me, I had quite small windows of time, to helping the retreat understand my needs for my coeliac disease requirements and also booking the right retreat for me, which ended up being absolutely what I'd hoped for and much more!

Shanti Som is a very special place, from the location, to all the staff throughout the retreat, who really do care about the service they provide. Wellness is well and truly kept at the heart of everything. A truly memorable experience in a unforgettable place.

I've just returned from 4 nights in Spain on a wellness package that included absolutely everything from flights-transfers- yoga-meditation- massage- full board and the most beautiful room in a gorgeous hotel. As a solo female traveler I felt so comfortable and at ease , and came home feeling absolutely renewed and regenerated. I would definitely recommend this package to anyone that needs some time to unwind and treat themselves 💕

Easy website to navigate with multiple listings to choose from in every category. Lots of information provided to assist me in my decision. I found the entire online process to be seamless.
I particularly liked working with Joanna Chiu. She was very accommodating and professional. I really felt like she was working hard for me. She booked me a wonderful vacation and made sure everything was set up for me in advance.

Unfortunately Wellness Holiday Boutique let us down terribly. They’d serve their customers much better if they actually visited the luxury Wellness retreats they promised. The Shanti Som spa in Marbella that they recommended we visit for a special few days, had a major damp issue downstairs in the spa area which made treatments very unappealing due to the smell and dirt caused by the on-site builders. Even when the spa and exercise facilities were open they were tired, dank and lacking the luxury touch we had been promised and expected for the money we paid out. We were offered zero compensation,

I have just returned from a trip to Phuket with Wellness Boutique after a 5* experience using them last year. Joanna was super helpful and even recommended an alternative cheaper holiday to me as it aligned with my needs better which was incredible. Will definitely use them for my next break.

We were recommended a luxury Pilates experience at the shanti shom by Joanna. She’d never been to the resort and she had never enquired about the spa which had no photos on the website. We turned up to a filthy, leaking building site and was then spoken to as though our complaints were unjustified. Her customer service was non existent and she made no attempt to help resolve our situation or offer any compensation given we literally had to leave. The facilities and unqualified professionals do no justice to the 5 star retreat promised and quite clearly pose a health and safety issue. We are appalled at the level of disinterested service we have received and would never recommend this company to anyone.

This was the best travel experience from start to finish.
Joanna the owner listens intently to what you are looking for and only makes suitable recommendations.
She is prompt, efficient and extremely personable.
She has an extensive collection of some of the best spa hotels in the world.
Everything was as described in her online brochures.
We had a slight little hiccup with transport however this was fixed instantly and did not cause us any inconvenience but inn spite of that she negotiated an upgrade for us with the hotel.
The whole trip was an amazing value for money much more affordable than booking everything direct.
Cannot recommend highly enough.
PS I'm in a luxury holiday business myself so not an easy customer to please!!

Honestly can't fault the wellness boutique. I booked at last minute wellness holiday - They found me a perfect place, organised my flights and transfers, were friendly and helpful, happy to answer all the questions i had. The whole thing was so straight forward. I will definitely be booking through the wellness boutique again and recommend to anyone who is thinking about it! Thank you so much.
