Emily was an ABSOLUTE joy to work with. Not only was she so professional, but she also gave genuine good advice that made sense for what my business and I needed. She connected with me in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident to work with her. Every time we'd chat, I'd walk away with tangible ideas and next steps. You can tell she is knowledgeable and experienced. Emily was so quick to offer help and would take time to write thorough emails, explaining in detail what I should focus on. I'm so thankful I had her as my business coach and as soon as I am able and ready, I hope to join WOO again and have her back!

Huge shoutout to Xavier for his help at today’s Well-Oiled Operations conference. I arrived late and was feeling pretty lost, but he stepped in immediately to get me signed in and personally helped me find a table so I didn't miss another minute.

I joimed WOO in October of 2025 to gain the guidance and accountability to to get my small business "ducks in a row". I have found that the content is wisdom I am already aware of but the accountability it was makes it all worth it. Having a coach monitor and guide my progress has been the key to change and growth. We can't fix what we don't know is broken and we can't change what we don't put our attention into. It is much easier to navigate the tangles of small business with a coach by my side, cheering me on and telling me to get to it. Coach Tina is my guiding light, cheerleader and force to be reckoned with. I treasure having her on my team.

Joining well oiled operations was one of my best decisions in 2025! In just a few months, I am noticing BIG improvements in my business as well as my personal life. Implementing systems and building my team was something I didn’t think I had time to do. In doing so, I’m getting back my time. MAGIC! WOO was great to really helped me keep my vision aligned to focusing on my goals and what was really important to my business.
