Reliable service with excellent products. This was the second time i have bought from Wellworking. Each time the delivery was also excellent

Helpful, flexible and easy to deal with. Each order is professionally and accurately dealt with in terms of delivery dates, times and communication.

Couldn't recommend wellworking enough, prices are reasonable as well which always helps.

Driver was early but communicated well and waited for me to return. He was cheery and the chair was delivered intact with minimal packaging material to worry about. Chair is very comfortable.

I had a very supportive and professional assessment by Barrie Smith. I found him to be very experienced, clear, professional, empathic and very informative in his approach. As a result, I feel much more comfortable physically at work and informed about how to improve my workspace to better support my physical wellbeing after a car accident. The rest of my colleagues were also impressed when we were in the office and have learnt a few tips and more about how to request further support for any physical issues they may be experiencing at work if needed. I wish I had requested support earlier. This has already had a positive impact on my physical needs and my emotional well being. Thanks again Barrie!

Excellent customer service from Wellworking. Tasha's updates on delivery were clear and informative, down to updating me when the delivery was delayed by about 30 mins. Frank delivered the chair and was kind enough to take it up to my office and bring down the heavy work chair I was replacing. It's my first time purchasing from Wellworking and I'm genuinely delighted with this level of customer service, feels rare these days. The Hermann Miller chair is lovely and comfy too. Thank you, would highly recommend!

I bought a Herman Miller office chair. Communication was excellent and delivery prompt. It was delivered by Philip, who has worked for the company for years. Despite driving 98 miles he then carried the chair upstairs for me and demonstrated how to adjust it and advised other adjustments to my work space to improve my posture. He also said to call him if I needed any other help with the chair. Can’t fault the service.

I found the exact chair I wanted, received a confirmation email and delivery updates. The chair was delivered when advised and the person who delivered it unpacked it and showed us how to use all the adjustment settings. The chair looks brand new. I would definitely use Wellworking again and have no hesitation in recommending them. A 5 star company/customer experience!
