Best office chair ever
Best office chair ever. Not a visible mark on it , despite it being refurbished, and has a 2 year warranty, which I know from past family experience Wellworking honour.
Speedy delivery and helpful communication throughout.

Very happy with the service, the whole process from ordering the item to delivery is smooth and clear, I was informed with clear timeline every stages.

Exceptional Customer Service
Exceptional Customer Service: Wellworking email updates let me know what was happening and, unlike most, these were not 'don't bother to reply because nobody's reading these' emails. I replied with a question about warranty and got a quick response. Later I was also asked to confirm if the one hour time slot for delivery was suitable! Unheard of!! Not only that but the Aeron chair (Re-Lived) arrived looking and feeling like new. Very comfortable and I'm very pleased, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Chairs shown to me by very knowledgeable and kind staff memberpled in the showroom Time and I had booked to see some chair models I…
I had booked to see some chair models I had come across on a silversmithing course in Scotland. The showroom was easy to find in north London and a very knowledgeable staff member was very helpful in showing me various models that would sort out my back problem. I was able to try out the chairs and found one that was good for me. I was shown the mechanics of the chair and made the purchase and arranged the delivery. The delivery to my home and was on time the delivery person took time to show me how to assemble and adjust the chair's features. I am very pleased with the chair and the information and advice I was given throughout the whole of the transaction made the purchase enjoyable.
