We moved with WLR on 03/06. We were so impressed with the professionalism, care, managment, communications and timely manner that the team worked to. Three men covered a lot of stuff and filled two trucks. The way they worked together and with us was outstanding. And at the other side, when we were delayed, they still got on with the work with total respect and professionalism. So so impressed. Moreover, when our move was still up in the air, they kept the comms with us consistent and polite. Articulate men, warm and polite. 10/10! Robert and Laura

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Took such good care of our stuff. We had wrapped a lot of stuff and they still put all the protective covers on everything. Put everything where it was going in each room and the whole move was done in under 3 hours. The guys were so nice and polite and friendly. We stayed in a top floor flat so they had 8 flights of stairs up and down with no complaints.

Can’t recommend this company enough and their prices were the best we found for the amount of stuff we had. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Hoping we never move again but if we did this is without a doubt the company we would use.

A friendly efficient (maybe too efficient) 5-star road-team let down by a 2-star off-road Jay-bird. The road team are efficient and very helpful, maybe too efficient, while back in the office 'Jay' undermines both customer confidence and service by running an 'insurance' racket, pressuring customers to speculate and 'insure' against speculative 'events.' The road team offer to return and remove the packing boxes but Jay refuses to fulfil their inconvenient business' promises. WlR claims their Services "save the customer the cost" of buying boxes and so too "eliminate the hassle of disposing of them." Their removals charge more than covers the cost of replacement boxes and yet they fail to fulfil their claim that they both "drop the boxes at your location and pick them up after your move." The road team are personable, they willingly serve customers whereas Jay regards customers as an inconvenience means to his Bling... HeLuvsCoercion and avoids responsibility.

The moment the guys walked in the door, I knew we had made the correct choice for the removal.
Totally professional from the start of the job until the last box in the new property.
Professional but friendly as well. You need some banter, nothing was too much trouble for the team, from having to break down a sofa and dining table, I never heard any moans or groans. We were slightly over our box count, but were told not to worry about it
I can only say if you need a removal team, this is the one to go for

Highly recommend using We Luv Removals - they were able to help us out when our original removal company let us down last minute. They were friendly and professional, nothing was too much hassle.
