After reviewing your case, our team found that the trade in question was executed during a period of high market volatility. Under such conditions, the system may fill orders at the next available bid/ask price in the market, which can sometimes differ from the expected price.
Based on our investigation, the execution occurred in line with the actual market conditions at that moment and was not related to any technical issue on the platform.
Please note that during volatile market movements, price fluctuations can happen very quickly, and this may result in executions at prices different from what traders initially anticipate.

Warning About Trading on Wemastertrade: My Experience of Unfair Payment Refusal
I purchased the $50k package and traded to achieve a 10% profit as required, fully meeting all the conditions. Throughout the process, I always traded using only a single account.
However, when it came time to receive my profit, the firm gave vague reasons, accusing me of violating rules by using multiple accounts to bypass regulations. They then refused my payment, permanently banned my account, and stated that no appeal was allowed.
I sincerely advise you: you might get paid once or twice, but sooner or later, you could be blatantly robbed, so always be mentally prepared for that.
What I went through has been extremely frustrating and upsetting.

After a careful and comprehensive review of your trading activity, our investigation identified intentional coordinated trading behavior conducted with other related accounts. The pattern of activity indicated a planned structure designed to distribute exposure and cycle risk across multiple accounts, which attempts to bypass our internal risk controls and monitoring mechanisms.
Such conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of WeMasterTrade’s Terms and Conditions, including Section 10 – Termination of Contract, as it directly undermines the integrity of our risk management framework.
Due to the severity of these violations and the repeated nature of similar trading behavior identified throughout your trading history, we regret to inform you that continued cooperation is no longer possible.
For transparency, we would also like to note that during your time trading with WeMasterTrade, you previously received total payouts of $1,020.94.
As a result of the confirmed violations, the following actions have been taken:
Permanent ban of the associated customer profiles
Termination of all services and access under your WeCopyTrade and WeMasterTrade accounts
Closure of all trading accounts linked to these profiles
Consequently, all current withdrawal requests related to these accounts are considered invalid and cannot be processed.

Unjustified payout denial 5.000$ without evidence
I had a successful payout previously, but my latest withdrawal was denied with accusations of “coordinated trading.”
However, no verifiable evidence was provided — only general statements without any specific accounts, trades, or technical data (IP, logs, etc.).
I trade independently, without copying, without groups, and without any external tools.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I only received repeated template responses and was told the decision is final, without any transparency.
I have fully documented my trading history and login data, and I am confident in my case.
I hope the company will review this case with proper transparency and provide clear, verifiable evidence to support its decision.

The company has responded, but the reply still contains only general statements such as “strong indications” and “pattern observed,” without providing any verifiable evidence.
No specific accounts, trades, or technical data (IP, device, logs) have been presented to support these allegations.
This does not resolve the core issue regarding transparency and evidence.
Update 2 27/3/2026
I tried to resolve this directly with the company, but they simply repeated that the decision is final and refused to provide any further explanation.
What I find concerning is that no clear evidence has ever been presented to support their claims. Everything remains vague and general.
At this point, I don’t see this as a transparent or fair process. I will continue to share updates if there are any changes.
Update 3: 31/3/2026
It has now 10 days with no meaningful progress. The response remains a “final decision” without any clear explanation or supporting evidence.
Repeating the same general answer does not clarify anything, and it raises serious concerns about transparency.
I will continue documenting this situation publicly.
Update 4: 11/05/2026
It's been almost two months since I received any response from WMT. I officially accuse WMT of being a fraudulent company. I have taken steps to raise awareness among other traders with evidence available on FPA, Reddit, LinkedIn, X, etc. If you happen to see a post with similar content here, it's mine. I've attached all the evidence there for your careful consideration.

However, after a thorough and detailed review of your recent trading activity, our system and risk team identified strong indications of coordinated trading behavior across multiple related accounts. This activity appears to have been structured and executed in a way that distributes risk across accounts — a practice commonly referred to as risk cycling.
Such behavior is considered a serious violation of our Terms and Conditions, particularly Section 10 regarding contract termination, as it bypasses our internal risk management controls and undermines the fairness of the trading environment.
Additionally, our investigation determined that this was not an isolated incident, but part of a repeated pattern observed over time.
Due to the severity and repeated nature of these violations, we have taken the following actions:
+ Permanent suspension of all related customer profiles
+ Termination of access to all WeCopyTrade and WeMasterTrade services
+ Closure of all associated trading accounts

Trước tiên, bên em rất tiếc khi nghe về trải nghiệm chưa tốt của anh và hoàn toàn hiểu cảm giác thất vọng khi yêu cầu rút tiền không được chấp thuận, đặc biệt khi anh đã dành nhiều thời gian và chi phí để tham gia thử thách.
Tuy nhiên, sau khi đội ngũ chuyên môn xem xét lại toàn bộ video phỏng vấn và lịch sử giao dịch, bên em xin phép được làm rõ một số điểm quan trọng như sau:
Trong buổi phỏng vấn, anh có đề cập rằng mình sử dụng trendline và vùng hỗ trợ/kháng cự để đưa ra quyết định giao dịch. Tuy nhiên, phần giải thích chưa thể hiện rõ cách anh xác định các vùng này cũng như cách áp dụng cụ thể vào từng lệnh đã thực hiện.
Các phân tích kỹ thuật được trình bày còn khá chung chung, chưa làm rõ được lý do cụ thể cho từng điểm vào lệnh trong tài khoản.
Ngoài ra, bên em nhận thấy anh chưa nắm rõ các quy tắc quan trọng như Profit Consistency và Risk Consistency — đây là những nguyên tắc cơ bản mà mọi trader cần hiểu rõ khi tham gia chương trình cấp vốn.
Dựa trên các yếu tố trên, hệ thống đánh giá có cơ sở để nghi ngờ về tính nhất quán giữa người thực hiện giao dịch và người tham gia phỏng vấn. Theo quy định trong Điều khoản & Điều kiện, trường hợp này được xem là vi phạm, nên yêu cầu rút tiền W000130587 buộc phải từ chối và tài khoản 1101580 đã bị chấm dứt.
Bên em hiểu rằng điều này có thể gây nhiều cảm xúc không tốt, nhưng các quy trình xác minh được áp dụng nhằm đảm bảo tính minh bạch và công bằng cho tất cả trader tham gia hệ thống.

I have partnered with WemasterTrade to develop investment fund operations in the Vietnamese market under an affiliate model. To date, I have accrued USD 251.85 in commissions; however, WemasterTrade has failed to make any payout, citing a minimum withdrawal threshold of USD 350.
At present, WemasterTrade has ceased providing services in the Vietnamese market, which prevents me from acquiring new clients and generating additional affiliate commissions. As a result, the USD 251.85 already earned will never be withdrawable. This amount represents my legitimate effort in promoting and introducing WemasterTrade to clients.
If an affiliate partner responsible for business development is treated in this manner, one must question how traders themselves will be treated when engaging with WemasterTrade.
This fund lacks credibility and trustworthiness. I strongly advise against participation and recommend boycotting this fund.

As an affiliate partner, you are not restricted to one specific market. You may still refer clients from other eligible countries in order to meet the minimum withdrawal threshold of USD 350 and withdraw your commission accordingly. The affiliate program remains active in supported regions.

Như đã được trao đổi trước đó vào ngày 04/11/2025, theo Điều khoản & Điều kiện của WeMasterTrade, tất cả khách hàng tại Việt Nam không được phép sử dụng VPN khi truy cập hoặc giao dịch trên hệ thống. Quy định này được nêu rõ trong mục VPN & VPS Usage – Vietnam Clients.
Việc sử dụng VPN có thể dẫn đến những rủi ro trong quá trình giao dịch, bao gồm (nhưng không giới hạn):
+ Vượt qua các giới hạn về khu vực địa lý
+ Né tránh các biện pháp quản lý rủi ro của hệ thống
+ Các hành vi giao dịch phối hợp hoặc không minh bạch giữa nhiều tài khoản
Sau quá trình kiểm tra kỹ lưỡng, Đội ngũ Quản lý Rủi ro của chúng tôi ghi nhận rằng:
Tài khoản MT5 ID 1076243 đã được đăng nhập và giao dịch vào ngày 14/01/2026, trong thời điểm hệ thống phát hiện có kết nối VPN.

Xin làm rõ rằng quy trình rút tiền tiêu chuẩn của We Master Trade là từ 3–5 ngày làm việc. Trong một số trường hợp đặc biệt, thời gian xử lý có thể kéo dài hơn nếu cần thêm bước kiểm tra bổ sung (additional review) nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định và an toàn cho cả hai bên.
