Package arrived from Germany to UK, unpacked and checked every item was included, read the instructions, every item laid out. I am 84 with a chronic sports related back injury and rheumatic fingers.
Everything assembled satisfactorily even with my condition. I contacted customer service who sent me the correct video which I followed and no problem.
The product is superb value, easy to follow instructions as per the video, and customer service excellent. The person actually contacted me while he was on holiday to give advice.
Yesterday rode it for very short time, not having cycled for apps 20 years, heavy going but, can only become better.
Five out of five without any doubt.
