About Wertek Wertek is the asset intelligence layer for industrial buildings and plants — built in Mexico, deployed across Latin America. Our software platform sits alongside your existing Building Management System (BMS), SCADA, or controls infrastructure as a read-only observer. We do not write setpoints, change schedules, or take control of equipment. We watch every chiller, air handler, VFD, capacitor bank, energy meter, and motor across your sites, correlate signals the BMS cannot connect on its own, and surface the problems that operators would otherwise discover only after a failure. The Wertek brand has been operating for 22 years. It was founded in 2004 with Wertek Gabinetes, the industrial enclosures product line still in market. Wertek AI is the software platform launched in 2025 to bring asset intelligence, predictive maintenance, and ISO 55001-aligned governance to facilities teams who need clarity without ripping out infrastructure they already trust. Our engineering heritage comes from Asesor Eléctrico (AEL), founded in Monterrey in 1991 — 35 years of designing, installing, and commissioning electrical and control systems for industrial clients across Mexico. That field experience is what shapes the platform: we know what facilities teams actually need on Monday morning, and what a BMS integrator's day looks like when something goes wrong. We serve commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, manufacturing plants, data centers, and energy operators who want a non-invasive, BMS-agnostic intelligence layer they fully control.
