The customer support has been fantastic so far in answering my questions and getting me started. My first call was with Farhan and today I spoke with Alex Chavas who helped me with additional questions I had.

Alex was very helpful with accessing the WeShare app and answered all my questions.
He was great!

Natausha Jefferson was so helpful on my phone call. She was able to reach out to the two clinics and send the info needed to expitite the bills. Hopefully all will get worked out soon but she was very helpful with the process so far!

I very recently switched my health insurance after having a very bad experience with Med Mutual protect. I am very pleasantly surprised with weshare so far in how professional and courteous everything has gone so far. I just had a consultation with Alex Chavez and he was wonderful and informative. So far..so good, I am very impressed with the transition/on boarding!

Very helpful and really trying to solve the problem you have! They even walked us through which drs offices took our insurance close to us when we were having trouble highly recommend!

I don't usually have good experiences with customer service representatives, but NaTausha was super helpful and very kind. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me. Very satisfied

He was SO patient and kind. Explained everything SO clearly. I said to my husband I sure hope this is legit because this company has a calming feature behind them. He is willing to look into this for me and then follow up with me. I really appreciate that kindness.

My husband is a new member and Tiffany was excellent in giving information and answering questions we had. She is extremely knowledgeable and so very nice! We were pleasantly surprised to be treated in such a kind manner. Great experience- she is an asset to this health program.

Mayra went over and beyond today helping me. It was almost a 5 hour back and forth fighting with my doctors and care provider and Mayra helped and stayed by my side and was fantastic!! Melissa Roberts led with kindness and compassion and helped me solve a problem with needing to delay my service initiation date. I appreciate the understanding and personal touch she provided.

Don was extremely helpful. However, I have been calling Weshare about the same issue for 2 weeks and have been promised a response many times and haven't received a response. So, I'm going to be hopeful and hope that my 3rd call will issue a response.
