I want to no why you have taken 94 pound out of my account when I'm not subscribed to you I don't get another of money stop taking my money

Took $90 out of my bank account without my permission, no parcel ever arrived complete scam do not trust this service, this was for the bottles of perfume

Scam! Had an email purporting to be from the AA about an emergency kit for my car for £4. Seemed genuine. Then they tried to take a further £45 from my account but my bank stopped it. Beware!

Went to buy something on Facebook got totally scammed ,they have taken £90 from my account even though I canceled the subscription I didn't know I had . Stay away from them .🤬🤬

Had the same scam via Facebook advert. Credit card have stopped any further payments.

I don’t even know who they are but I know they are a scam they have taken money out of my credit card and there is no way to get hold of them it’s disgusting 🤢 😡😡😡😡

I had bought something on facebook (rookie mistake) and the initial money came out of my account. Alarm bells rang when I received no response of confirmation for delivery and purchase. A further £45 came out of my bank account which is apparently a subscription I paid for. There was no literature at the point of payment. I’ve emailed them and they sent a reply to say that they have cancelled my subscription’. Asking them for a refund for both the non existent item and the‘subscription’ and they are now ignoring me. I’m hoping that Visa will be able to help me. So, no matter how genuine the photos of happy customers with their purchases, don’t fall for it.

This company took a payment for goods I never received, they then took a further unauthorised payment. Obviously I contacted my bank and have had them blocked but they continue to try to take money from my account. I have no way of contacting the company and the person who took my original payment will not answer my messages

Sick and tired of these SCAMMERS trying almost everyday to take £45 from my account they are relentless and won't be getting a penny as I reported my card and the fraud people are on to them, disgusting people PLEASE report them, they have literally just tried again at 5.31pm they won't get nothing as I got new card but they just will not stop trying cheeky bastards

SCAM I purchased a bouncy castle for £10 through Facebook, didn’t receive it and they keep trying to take money from my hard ! Horrible people whoever you are !!

Scam. Using Facebook. Attempted to withdraw funds from my bank account on several occasions for different amounts of money. After contacting my bank they changed/updated my card details.

Stay clear. Fraud team onto them for trying to take unauthorized money from account
