Prompt membership assistance
Got great assistance from Kai in accessing my account, cancelling the membership and also assisting with the refunding of funds that was unexpectedly debited from my account.

Spoken to Marc Great customer service skills
Spoken to Marc,
Very very helpful sorting out my problems and explained everything clearly to me as I didn’t have a clue what was going on.
It took a while but Marc was patient enough to explain it all and solved the problem.
The future is bright for you Marc, keep 🆙 up the good work. And thank you for helping me it the first time I communicated with someone in this format without being frustrated..,well done Marc. 👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽👍🏽🤗
