Being a first time buyer and not the most straightforward background or conditions I was worried going into the process of looking for a mortgage. I am thankful to have Ifty advising me! His support has made the whole process much smoother than expected, he had kept me informed at all stages and shared all of the essential knowledge and essential facts for buying your first home. Ifty has communicated swiftly and effectively with me throughout the whole process and I am now in the process of finalising the last bits for my perfect new home. I had a Basic Support meeting which was well organised. Any information needed for the meeting to take place was clearly communicated or requested in advance, to avoid any waste of time.

Naz communicated clearly, with a logically organised presentation. He gave me the opportunity to ask and clarify my doubts as well as giving me the heads up about other things I should bear in mind when considering my options.

I have now a couple of clear actions and the option to seek further advice from a financial adviser if I need it. And all of it free!
