Although it took over 3 years Wesley was able to get my timeshare closed . I naively signed a contract for a timeshare without realizing that almost everything they told me was lies. I paid them for a few years and then couldn’t afford to pay any longer so I stopped. It was reported on my credit report which dropped my score significantly. I contacted Wesley financial group when I was at my wits end with too many harassing phone calls and letters. The price I paid them was worth everything where I did not have to pay ascent to the timeshare. I finally received the notice that my timeshare was canceled or bought out by the timeshare company. Wesley financial group has been there all along the way keeping me informed, providing me with letters to send and phone numbers to call. I have had three representatives through Wesley since my start. The last one I had was Kristen Kayal and she was fantastic. She kept me informed with phone calls, letting me know the situation with the timeshare company and how close we were to closing it. Kudos to Wesley financial group for being there to help poor naïve souls like myself get out of a very bad situation.

They really can't do anything for you. They just told me to keep writing letters and follow the Timeshares rules on asking for canceling. I did this for years before signing with Wesley and two years after. They are not Lawyers, so save your money.

Wesley Financial Group was able to cancel my timeshare in a timely matter. I admit that I was skeptical when I first contacted the Wesley Group. I wondered if this would be dragged out over years, would I hear from them after they had my money. I had the timeshare listed with a realtor for over a year and could not even give it away so, how was Wesley Group going to do any better. WOW, I was SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED with this group. I contacted them, toward the end of November 2025 and I am now out of my timeshare contract, March 2026. I received a call from my representative every month with an update, just like they said I would. I had a different person call me this last time with the GREAT NEWS that my timeshare had been cancelled and she was just as nice and friendly as the first person was. We are greatful for Wesley financial group showing where to login with Hyatt timeshare. It was under owners lounge and was easy to find after they told us where to look. We paid Hyatt exit $400 to start the exit process.
Soon after everything went smooth. My disappointment with Wesley was how little they did helping us to get out.
Also the price Wesley quoted us was so much for how little they helped. I did say I was a veteran, so they gave me alttle discount.
I did talk to Dan and told him I feel, since Wesley is in the timeshare exit business they should know which timeshares are easy to exit or hard to exit and price your services accordingly. $6295.00 was hard to swallow. But Wesley people made it sound like it could take a year or more to exit and close.
But as it turns out we were out in about 4 months.
It will take us 5 years of not paying maintiance fees to recoup Wesleys cost.

We were given the opportunity to ask questions if needed. The process was somewhat lengthy, around 18 months but we were kept informed with updates every month once the paperwork was sent to the Timeshare. They scheduled time month for an update call and it was always received as planned. I would not ever want to go through that experience again but Wesley Financial was a great choice to terminate our contract.
