Seems like an equitable idea with pleasant staff who made the online process as painless as possible. I'm very early on in the relationship but the idea of pledged savings seems to be just right for my circumstances.

Because I had good service I got no problem witb west country loans they were the only ones I could turn to on

Fair, reasonable and human. These guys work with you and help you to get moving. So much 'computer says no' these days. At least if it's a No at WCU you'll hear a reasoned expression from a fellow human.

Absolutely amazing staff and really helpful

I have used this service for nearly 10 years and it’s straight forward and the money is normally with you the same day, easy payments and I like it that when your paid off they still collect money to help you save.
when I’ve needed to check on my account and spoken to a customer advisor, I’ve always been dealt with very efficiently and always have surpassed my expectations with there customer service.

Easy to use, explained in plenty of detail and the use of an app allowed personal service and easy to see messages and notifications.

I have always found that they always try there best to help you and also if they can't they always try any way they can to help you no matter how hard it is I just feel that my experience with them is great they have alway found away to help me out

Westcountry savings an loans are fantastic. It's very easy to communicate to them through nivo chat. They're Apr is low compared to other lenders, and because you have to pledge to save while paying back a loan it also helps you save. More helpful then any bank I've dealt with.

I've been with West country savings and loans since 2008 I was having a lot of money issues and after talking to West country they sent me up with an Account were I had my money paid in to and with there help I now have money in the bank and a good savings account they have also played a big part in me having just been able to buy my new motor scooter.
I can't thank them enough.
