If I could give less than one star I would …..terrible terrible company please don’t waste money and time I only had my crowns fitted 2 years ago 3 have fallen out and one broken and chipped when I got in touch they said ok come back but now I’ve been blocked on everything and they won’t take my calls

I have now found out this company was an agency not a dentist as advertised. My son has paid for his treatment, had all his teeth removed, implants fitted, all paid for. Due to go back for finals and the company has vanished. He has now had to pay again at another company. I will be reporting Western Health to the Turkish dental federation.

SCAMMERS PAID IN FULL HAD FIRST TREATMENT TOLD WE WILL COME BACK IN FEBRUARY 2026 NOW WE CANT GET HOLD OF ANY ONE FOR THE SECOND TREATMENT FOR HER TEETH TO BE FITTED.

The teeth are very poor quality. My tooth has chipped after just 10 months, when I contacted them they ignored me as soon as I told them my problem. I’ve called and messaged over 10x and have had zero response back from them. Who lay I was over there, there was a lot of people that were back to have teeth that had fallen out replaced so I should’ve known then but it was too late. SAVE YOUR MONEY THEY WILL NOT BE GOOD ON THEIR WARRENTY AND THE QUALITY IS BAD

From the very first initial message I sent to the clinic enquiring about my teeth there service was second to none.
From beginning to end a special mention to Llayda for going through everything more then once for me. I was anxious about the whole situation but the professional care I recieved from walking into the clinic and meeting with Llayda my mind was eased. I am over the moon with my teeth and it has really boosted my confidence. I can’t recommend this clinic enough and I will be sure to pass information of western health turkey over to anyone who would be interested in any treatments done in Izmir Turkey. Thanks again. Just finished my second visit after waiting six months for my implants to heal, unfortunately I had to have a couple more implants to go in, so I have to wait another three months for them to heal. So 🤞that will be my last visit and my teeth will be ready and I'll be able to smile freely.
I have to give a shout out to Ilayda, She is very patient with me as I ask alot of questions. She explains everything in detail and in good English, she always answers my messages in a good time.
Looking forward to my final visit in July

This is the second time I'm using Western health, Izmir. The staff were very helpful from the get go. The staff speak good English so it was easy to understand how my procedure would be carried out. Inayda was marvellous and I felt so relaxed with her guidance and support. The transfers were organised so well and the hotel accommodation was quite good as well. It was hard to get a hold of upper management regarding some questions I had. I guess they were too busy for me. Plus the hospital where I was booked for the night following my procedure turned out to be not so great despite the stunning views from each room. My hospital room was changed twice during the night, the first time because they did not have curtains on the windows and the second time because the buzzer wasn't working. After my procedure I remember coming to and was very cold. I was shivering but the nurses did not give me an extra blanket. this was very disappointing especially since I had travelled alone and was relying on the hired help. The hospital where I had performed my first procedure had been much much better with professional nurses. My procedure was done very well, Dr. Erdalgul is a sculptor extraordinaire. His work speaks for itself. I am so happy with the end result and of course his expertise and all information provided prior to the procedure. All my questions were answered and all my doubts laid to rest. All in all I loved my trip and experience. Absolutely love the Turkish people who were so good to me throughout my stay.

I had my teeth, fixed at Western health about 3 months ago . They look fabulous. I can certainly recommend this company, especially if you have some problems after treatment which happened to me. You can always tell how good a company is with there after service. In my case they sorted out all my niggles without hesitation. The staff are fantastic especially Llayda who was incredibly helpful. Just returned from Turkey after having my final treatment for my new smile at western health.
From start to finish it was such a easy process, I sent photos of my mouth to them and they sent me the quote.
I did my research before deciding to go with Western Health, and I am so glad that I did choose them.
You get picked up from the airport and taken to your hotel, the hotel is a great hotel with a swimming pool and spa. All the staff are friendly which makes it a nice experience while having your treatment.
On arrival at the dentist the staff cannot be more helpful, the dental work went really well on my first visit, I needed a little more work done than my quote which is understandable as they cannot really tell the extent of damage from photographs. They was up front with me and explained everything that needed doing.

Now back from my second visit I am over the moon with my new smile and cannot stop smiling.

Had my dental implants treatment last week. I was worried a bit for traveling to Turkey for dental work but everything went smoothly. I have to go back in 3 months for the actual crowns. Spotless clinic, brilliant people and amazing weather. I can’t wait to go there in 3 months. Special thanks to Ilyader for everything. Best coordinator ever xx

We recommend the Western health dental clinic 100%. My wife and I were very satisfied and we look forward to our next visit. Thanks to Mrs. Tube, we had everything planned exactly as expected.

I want to say - Thanks so much to the Western health team! Which helped fulfill my dream. The way wasn't easy. Were painful days and uncomfortable months. But everything was miserable. The whole process was a little longer than a year. As I said before. We are all different. Therefore, everyone's situation is different. Getting my implants was done in three stages. 1st and 2nd stage - was done bone graft and sinus lift. Pulling out all my teeth. After which I chose to walk without teeth for five months. I mean - temporary teeth. That was my dentist's recommendation.
So - transfer from and to the airport was provided. Transfer from the hotel to the medical center and back as well. Breakfast was guaranteed at the hotel, which was very tasty and varied.
Coordinating girls and medical staff very understanding, professional, responsive.
The biggest thanks to Dr. Atalay Mert Akyol and his assistant Marve. They really do a hard job. Thanks to them. The dentist explained everything to me step by step. Helped to overcome the pain, choose the implant model and achieve the dream.
Thanks to the girls: Ilayda Carne, Irem and Tuba Yalin they are fantastic.
And of course also to the great driver Argon.
If I had to go back in time. If I had to choose to go through this process. I would say 110% yes! But I advise people to do everything on time! Don't wait years! Bone structure and quantity decreases, the process can be longer, more painful and more expensive.

My experience with Western Health Turkey was very good. I went for dental implant placement. The staff was very professional and polite. My hotel accommodations and transportation was provided by Western Health. I had upper jaw implants placed with temporary teeth. The lower jaw had lesions that had to be treated with antibiotics. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff. My patient care coordinator, Tuba, did a great job letting me know what I needed to do before traveling to Turkey and what the process would be. I traveled from the USA to Turkey for cosmetic dentistry and a vacation. I will be returning in a few months. I will recommend Western Health Turkey to anyone looking for professional, cost effective dental treatments.

Absolutely brilliant place , llayda dealt with myself and nothing was too much trouble so happy with the result and final outcome of my teeth so well looked after while there would 100% recommend it to anybody

Western health said there would give partial refund haven't heard back off them after I've written time and time again
