They are supposed to be experts
They are supposed to be experts, helping novices like me to get their books published. They were singularly inept at almost every turn. After many months, an ebook version appeared on Amazon, initially in the wrong category and with the front cover appearing twice - once as the cover and again as the first page. The paperback was never printed by Amazon because the page count was too few. I later discovered that it was because the wrong colour selection had been made and the process halted.
Altogether a very protracted and stressful experience, during which they tried to extract large extra amounts of money from me.
An experience never to be repeated and I would advise anyone to steer clear of this organisation.
As for the positive reviews, I simply cannot account for them. Very suspect.
Update, 7 Dec 25:
After this review had been posted, Western Publishing House offered to pay me £300 to remove it. This was to be by refund via the credit card used to make my original payment. However, they then declared it would have to be a payment into my bank because of technical difficulties with card refunds. They asked for all my bank details. No way! These people are not to be trusted. I havenât heard from them since. Beware!
