I can’t thank Dan and Andrea at Westkin enough for the exceptional service they provided throughout our immigration process. From the very beginning, their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear guidance made a complex and stressful process feel much more manageable.

My Partner and I were navigating a visa application, and their expertise made everything run so smoothly. I engaged Westkin Associates to apply for a sponsorship licence and self-sponsorship visa for a director for my company, Schengen Visa Consultancy Limited.

Despite fully following the instructions provided by the assigned solicitor, Ting Zahang, the visa application was ultimately refused. The total fees paid were close to £6,000.

After the refusal, when I asked about next steps such as an appeal or alternative options, I was informed that additional fees of nearly £2,000 would be required. There was no post-refusal support included, and no clear guidance unless further payment was made. At that stage, I decided not to proceed further.

Overall, the experience resulted in a significant loss of time and money, with little assistance once the application was rejected. My advice to anyone considering their services is to discuss and document every possible scenario upfront, especially what support is included in case of refusal. Clarify appeal options and costs in advance, as these were not included in my case.

Dan was patient ans interacted with my professionally and timely .. VERY positive i got my visa withing 24hrs that the fastest i ever seen .. he his good and there application are details and very good

I was assisted by Ms Cindy Salame who provided a first-rate service throughout the entire visa application process: we met the deadlines even though I was in full time work. She was & is highly competent, detail-orientated, very organised (this was how we satisfied all deadlines despite onerous & time-sensitive documentary requirements), proactive and most importantly, possessed & possesses a high quality of judgment which was central to helping me understand the process quickly in order to position me to meaningfully assist & engage with the application process. She is also multi-lingual and very aware of where matters fit in the wider map of the Home Office rules - this was extremely useful. I will be eternally grateful for her support and guidance throughout my application process.

I also wish to add that her credentials speak for itself and are well deserved: this is someone who goes the extra mile, which is oftentimes what you sometimes need when deadlines may be tight, for instance in my situation where I was employed full-time whilst making a visa application.

I cannot recommend Westkin enough. My fiance and I contacted them as we needed to apply for a marriage visa and didn't know where to start. We were assigned to Dan and Andrea and their service from start to end has been absolutely incredible. They helped guide us through the requirements, giving detailed guidance on what we should be providing to the Home Office and they submitted everything as per the timelines we agreed - there was no confusion or worry, just a plan that was stuck to! The sponsorship of skilled workers can be a stressful process and Westkin have got the job done effectively both times that we have used them so far without any unnecessary (and problematic) delays.

There were some hairy moments, but Westkin guided us through them, being decisive and clear when they needed to be. The common factor in both cases that Westkin have handled for us so far was Grace, whose job title is 'Caseworker', which doesn't seem to do justice to the importance of the role that she seems to perform for Westkin - a role that she performs calmly and methodically.
