First class response and information
First class response and information. Itâs always a nail biting time when you are making a new-to-you online purchase. Whilst pondering wether the product I was contemplating buying matched the quality I was looking for, I dropped a quick note to Westside asking for them to tell me a bit more as photographs donât always tell the full story these days. I received a quick reply that covered all of my concerns in tailored detail to my line of questions. It was a brilliant and clearly interested response. I placed my order the same day. The product arrived as per the lead time and was perfect. Very very pleased indeed. Iâd definitely shop here again with confidence. ð
