I saw a watch I liked on the website and wanted to get it before going on holiday. Chris was massively helpful in ensuring the watch would be sent by guaranteed 1pm next day delivery, and polished the watch before sending it. An overall great service with great communication.

Good communication, straightforward and easy transaction

Excellent service from initial enquiry to payment. Even though I was asking lots of questions they were patient. As soon as they received the watch they dealt with it. Payment was made direct to my account with 15 minutes of receipt of watch.
