Have been a sub for over 50years

Have been a sub for over 50years. Cannot complain re service.
Was slightly put off re the latest IT portal !!!
The registration was not realy thought out. e.g. you cannot use the same email address for husband and wife!! WHY EVER NOT????????
However the staff were brill and me being a grumpy old Victor Meldrew had to grin and bear it.
To be fair, the claim system, on line is FAR FAR better.

Health care have been truly professional and always so helpful for over 40 years. One could never have wished to have been involved with a better health provider with
the excellent service received. Very highly recommended.
