Misleading and Aggressive Sales Outreach
I had a very poor experience with Whatagraph.
I briefly tested their service in relation to analytics reporting, but I had not started any real sales dialogue and I had not asked them to contact anyone else connected to my workplace.
Despite that, they contacted my CEO directly and wrote in a way that made it sound like I was actively reviewing their solution for internal use. That created a misleading impression that there was an active internal process, which was not the case.
They also followed up with multiple emails and repeated phone calls. At that point, it no longer felt like normal follow-up. It felt intrusive, aggressive, and unprofessional.
When someone briefly tests a service, that should not lead to a CEO or anyone else in the company being contacted with misleading wording, nor should it result in repeated emails and phone calls.
I have asked them not to contact me again and have also requested that my account and related data be deleted.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Whatagraph.
