What a Holiday レビュー

Kevin has been absolutely brilliant from the start I previously did try to book over a year ago but we couldn’t pin the date down Kevin was gracious understanding and professional. He’s so caring and considerate, taking the time to really understand what we needed and making sure every detail was right. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always helpful, patient and quick to respond. Thanks to Kevin, the whole process felt easy and stress-free. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a holiday agent who genuinely cares.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service from Kevin!

Kevin has been absolutely fantastic from the start — efficient, polite, friendly, and incredibly dedicated. He found us one of our dream holidays of a lifetime, and we genuinely feel he has gone above and beyond to make it happen.

We don’t go on the holiday until October 2026, but the service so far has been exceptional. Kevin has answered every question with patience, supported us through the booking process, and tailored everything to our preferences.

Me and my husband are super excited for this once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a travel adviser who truly cares and delivers.

We have just returned from the most amazing holiday to Costa Rica. Joe Edwin has been our travel advisor and agent and put together the most fantastic trip for us. We gave him our ideas and what we wanted to see and do and he put the whole package together with direct flights, transfers, tours and stunning hotels. Everything went very smoothly, we were treated like VIPs and had the holiday of a lifetime! We would thoroughly recommend Joe and his team at What a Holiday and will definitely be booking another holiday with this company again. Thank you.

Kevin was blinding! Me and my family were overwhelmed with what to do with our trip to Thailand prior to coming across What a Holiday (& Kevin). We had no idea where to start but along came Kevin who made the whole experience so much easier. I can only apologise to him as we kept asking for changes and alternatives but Kevin was patient, helpful and an overall legend with making sure we got everything we wanted! Speedy with responses and gave expert advice and now we’ve got the holiday locked in for next year and we generally couldn’t ask for anything more. Massive thank you!

Kevin james was absolutely brilliant he found the perfect holiday at the perfect price great service

Zoey Sandler put us an itinerary together for Thailand trip Nov25

All arrangements worked out great - hotels were good -
one (khaolak emerald spa) was stunning 5* with private beach and private pool as well as pool near bar
Zoey arranged cars from airport to our hotel Patong (then car to Khaolak) then car to Krabi - final car Krabi back to Phuket airport - all were nice cars - prompt friendly drivers - all there 5mins early. Zoey contacted us during our stay to make sure we were ok and if we needed any help with anything.
All in all we received 5* service and will book with Whataholiday again.
I can definitely recommend them.

We have just booked a holiday with “What A Holiday” and we had excellent service from Kevin James who was very polite, nothing was too much trouble and was extremely helpful with our request for a holiday to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.

Best holiday ever!!!! Thank you so much to Kevin James for organising the holiday of our dreams to the Maldives. After a difficult year health wise for my mum, we booked this as our mum /daughter holiday as Maldives has always been on mums ‘bucket list’, it exceeded our expectations, just wow! Thank you Kevin for your fabulous customer service, and for providing this dream for my mum, we will come back to you for future bookings - thank you so much!

Joe Edwin booked our holiday to Vietnam, Cambodia and Bali. I just gave him my ideas what I wanted and where and he delivered a perfect itinerary. We had 3.5 wonderful weeks exploring these beautiful countries and everything ran so smoothly! The hotels were amazing quality and we were treated like VIP’s. We were a group of 8 ladies over 50. We’ll be definitely using Joe again for future trips.

Been dealing with Kevin all day he has done everything and more what I asked him to do, this is the second time I have booked with this company and my last holiday to Thailand was fantastic and ran so smoothly, for this reason have booked my honeymoon for next year to Bali and Dubai with Kevin , thanks for everything

It has been on our bucket list for years to visit Pompei and the Amalfi coast . Hotel location in Pompei was fantastic , shame the hotel had scaffolding around it , first impressions ! Hotel in Atrani was amazing . Hotel location in Pompei to train station was also excellent .

To be honest I was a little sceptical as I'd not really heard of the agent.
Everything went well from booking to returning home.
All hotels were lovely and private taxi transfers were prompt.
Will definitely look to book again and woukd recommend.

Mark was great with my Thailand booking today, went through a few options to suit my needs, perfect 👍
