Callum catered for our civil wedding ceremony, which was an imitate dinner for 12 family members. We loved working with Callum to create our dream Italian menu, he was super engaged and helpful from the moment we contacted him, and had many suggestions for us to make sure it was perfect.

The food on the day was absolutely delicious, everything was sourced locally and both the meat eaters and veggies were very happy with their courses. We went for 4 courses including appetizers, a pasta starter, main course lamb or mushrooms, and a wonderful tiramisu to finish, and Callum even threw us in an extra celebratory treat.

The on the day service was excellent Callum and Bruno (his assistant) dealt with the changing weather conditions very well, and adapted the plan effortlessly so we could focus on enjoying our celebration.

Would 100% recommend!

Callum catered for 12 of our close friends over the festive period and we are still talking about it now!
The whole night was slick from the pre dinner canapés and cocktails to the post dessert Madelines, which were sensational.
Being in the comfort of a friend’s home for this experience made it all the more relaxed - roll on the next one!

He was extremely warm and welcoming and ensured all dietary requirements were catered for. The food was outstanding! Restaurant standard food in the comfort of a friends house was just the perfect, relaxed, fun evening. Would absolutely recommend!!

Callum catered a dinner party at a friends house for a pre Christmas gathering of 10. It was a super evening , from the pre dinner canapés through to the delicious desserts everything tasted wonderful. He liased with the host to ascertain what all the guests liked and disliked , allergies etc and came up with a perfect menu with a choice on each course . His colleague then made some wine pairin suggestions , we were then able to source. Normally we get together in a restaraunt but this was so much more relaxing. Callum talked us through the menu between courses and the ingredients were sourced locally , I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend !

Callum recently catered a festive dinner for a party of 12, and what a wonderful experience! He was flexible when menu planning, catered to our dietary requirements with ease and sourced local, seasonal produce which we loved hearing about. The food was absolutely delicious! From the appetisers, right through to the after dinner treats, we enjoyed every minute. Callum was organised throughout and enabled us to sit back and enjoy our evening! Callum cooked our 8 friends and us an exceptional meal of varied and imaginative dishes. He spent many hours beforehand planning the menu with us to suit everyone’s dietary requirements and tastes. He also made sure that he could source most of the ingredients locally.
Before each course Callum explained to us in detail what was in each dish and the origin of the ingredients.

Callum recently cooked an outstanding four-course meal for us and a large group of our friends.
It was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish!
When designing our seasonal, festive menu, Callum was knowledgeable and thoughtful in his choices. He adjusted small details about his dishes in order to ensure that everything was perfectly suited to the season and event.
He catered excellently for the whole party, including our friends who are vegans and vegetarian.
During the evening, Callum expertly introduced each dish and explained exactly where the high-quality ingredients had been sourced.
Every single dish was absolutely delicious and all plates were returned wiped clean!
Callum puts so much effort into every single dish he creates and his food really is a testament to his love of cooking.
We already can’t wait to book another meal with Callum in the future!

Honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Callum and his wonderful team cooked all 12 of us the most delicious and beautifully presented private meal and cocktails. Callum created such a lovely atmosphere alongside the incredible food that left us very relaxed! The food was insane - Callum made oysters, steak, and even a fig leaf infused creme brûlée. He also created similar dishes for those with allergies or dietary requirements.

The food and service were exceptional. Local ingredients used in thoughtful dishes as part of a well designed menu that catered to allergies and tastes to perfection.
