Easy to order and delivered on time

Prompt service of exactly what I required/ordered.

The product was securely wrapped and was delivered according to instructions, if a little late; I found it a little disconcerting that i was asked for a review before a delivery had been made requiring me to telephone and to ask where were the goods; I was dealt with courtiously by the agent responding who then found out that the delivery was to be made that afternoon.

Great service, received next day as promised.

Quick turnaround of order although less impressed by Evri as the courier.

Everything was as it should be with the product & with the service, no issues. However, it's very early days for an inner tube, so come back in say 5 years and it may be a different story for the product. The previous one that came with the barrow lasted over 15 years. Also as a suggestion to the supplier a little more information on the different style of valves that are out there would be helpful, as nearly purchased the wrong style not knowing all the different numbers! As they say everyday is a school day in some form or another so we all need to play our part.

Arrived quickly, exactly as described. Wheelbarrow pan is a good strong construction, fitting took 30 minutes or so. Wheelbarrow a considerable improvement on original purchase.

Good tyre and tube combination for my wheelbarrow at a good price with free delivery. Ordering was simple, communication with company was excellent and goods were delivered within a few days.

Absolutely first class, realised I'd bought the wrong size as soon as I pressed 'buy'.
