Outstanding service. Can shop with confidence knowing you're getting what you see, and that the items are in stock Super fast delivery and shipped in fantastic time.

Best bike shop ever!

To be honest they gave me the best price, experience and service that I have ever seen. Ever so polite! Quick turnaround! Value for money!

Probably the most inept organisation I


Probably the most inept organisation I have ever dealt with . They took my money (£6000) for a bike they didn’t have and couldn’t get . Then took more money for a replacement bike .... that they couldn’t get . Then took a month to refund me . 7 different people dealt with my case and no one took responsibility . Truely awful . I have no idea how companies like that survive .

I'm afraid you have incorrectly written this review, you have mistaken us with another company, please remove this review immediately as it's damaging to my small business, as you can see from all our other reviews we are a much better bike shop who only get 5 star reviews.
