No Inventory Control & Very Poor Communication
Extremely poor service and completely unacceptable experience.
I ordered a Trek Marlin 5 Gen 3 with a promised delivery time of 7â10 days. After waiting 7 days, I was suddenly told that my size was not available â something that should have been confirmed before taking my order.
I was then asked to choose an alternative, so I selected the Marlin 6 Gen 3 and even agreed to pay an additional SAR 600. Despite this, the same issue happened again â âsize not available.â This clearly shows a complete lack of inventory control and professionalism.
Customer service is equally frustrating. Responses are delayed until the end of the day, and when you follow up the next morning, they again delay until evening. This endless loop of poor communication shows zero respect for the customerâs time.
After all this delay and inconvenience, offering me the older model again is simply unacceptable.
I placed this order on 15 March 2026, and as of 2 April 2026, nothing has been resolved. This is a complete waste of time.
I have now cancelled my order and requested a refund. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.
