Great idea for presents
My friend was delighted with her Bluebird package for her birthday. I liked the fact you can pick which book you want together with the additional items and there were lots to choose from. The options for box choices and wrapping were really good. Would order again in the future, however, my one concern is that you use Evri for delivery - had I known I wouldn’t have bought from you. The package itself was fine but the outer box was damp and squashed! Evri unfortunately are bad for businesses. An option to have packages delivered to Inpost lockers would be an advantage because Evri don't like delivering to flats!!

Where Bluebirds Fly からの回答
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. We’re really pleased to hear that your friend was delighted with her birthday gift, and that you enjoyed putting together your gift box.
We’re honestly so disappointed to hear about the condition the outer packaging arrived in. That’s certainly not how we’d want your gift to arrive, and we’re really very sorry about this.
Just to clarify, we only use Royal Mail for our deliveries, so we were quite surprised and concerned to hear that your parcel arrived via Evri. We’ve checked the tracking and can confirm that your gift definitely left us via Royal Mail, so we’re not sure what happened after that. It’s something we’ll certainly look into with Royal Mail, as we put a lot of trust in them to deliver our gifts safely and have generally found their service to be very reliable. We’re really disappointed to hear about your experience.
Thank you as well for your suggestion about InPost lockers. That’s really helpful feedback, and it’s definitely something we can consider offering in the future.
We’re so sorry again about the condition of the outer packaging, but we’re really glad the gift itself was enjoyed. Thank you so much again for your lovely review.
I liked the website

A great gift idea!
We had so much fun picking out our box for our daughters birthday! From the box itself to the gifts inside there were such fun choices! And our daughter had lots of fun opening her box. We don't live in the UK and it was no problem to order online. To have such a sweet gift delivered to her was very special! Highly recommend this company!

Great experience
The online shop is easy to navigate and build a beautiful gift box. My friend was delighted with hers saying it was wrapped so beautifully she didn’t want to open it! Thankfully she did and she loved all of the items.

Megbízható vállalkozás
A bolt kínálata, a kiszállítás pontossága és az árak tetszenek.
Magyarországról rendeltem és küldtem ajándékot Skóciában élő lányomnak.
Ebben a kékmadarak voltak segítségemre.
Köszönöm szépen!

Package arrived really quickly.
The recipient commented on how beautifully it was all presented without any prompting. The addition of the gifts is really thoughtful and can be so personalised.
An excellent gift, I’ll definitely be back for more.
