Contrary to most other reviews I have had no problem returning and getting refund for unwanted shoes. I ordered 3 pairs and returned 2. They were all beautifully packaged and of good quality, fit was spot on too. The 2 pairs I returned were refunded within the week, no problems! I ordered via Matalan, I don't know if this makes any difference.

I have returned 2 pairs of boots. It took weeks and several reminders to get a refund. Than, the refund was based on new (lower) prices on the website, not on what I paid. Now again, several weeks down and several reminders, nothing. I am convinced it is a tactic, hoping you forget or just turn away.....
Customer Service Non-existent!
Awful company to do business with. I am still waiting for a refund some 3 months later, despite returning the item in accordance with the instructions provided within the parcel. Proof of postage shows the item was delivered. Repeated messages have fallen on deaf ears. Item was bought through Frasers. No idea how to contact Frasers either. Will never use this Company again.
Received my refund
I had to send an item back as it was not what I expected. I used Evri as per the instructions. Once it has been returned to Where's That From, I emailed their customer service who responded really quickly to say my refund was being processed. I received payment today into my bank account. The whole process from pick up to refund took 19 days.
Truly awful
Truly awful. The worst customer service I have ever received.
I sent an item back 6 weeks ago with their provided tracking link. I have updates on the link that it has returned to the seller. They are still declining that and refusing to give me my money back.
The replies are so unprofessional and uninterested. Have not tried to help, have ignored everything in my messages and all I get back is ‘we haven’t received it’.
Never use them.
This is a terrible company with poor quality goods
Bought Esme Platform Ankle Boots via Debenhams website. The items were delivered on 23.2.26, the box was damaged, the boots were damaged (crunched up heel that makes it painful to wear the boot), they were small despite my heeding reviews and buying a size up. Followed the link provided for returns in the invoice, which takes me to Evri, however to generate the return label Evri require the name of the company and when inputting WTF, Evri simply does not recognise the company. WTF indeed! Emailed customer service who simply provided the same link with exactly the same results. I have emailed 3 times, they've just stopped responding. No guidance, courtesy or refund in sight. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade. Disgraceful.

Shame I can’t give 0 stars instead of 1. Absolute disgusted with this company. Purchased a pair of boots via Debenhams online on 13th December 2025. They were sent directly from Where’s That From. The boots that arrived were incorrect and had a zip in them not what I ordered. Requested a return via Debenhams online portal. Boots were sent back by EVRI and received by Where’s That From on 16th January 2026. I have confirmation of this. I have emailed Where’s That From and Debenhams Customer Services countless times and emails have all been ignored. Today is 3rd March and still no response. Do not buy from Where’s That From or Debenhams
Extremely unpleasant customer service
I sent a return via evri drop -off on the 18th of February and I am yet to get any confirmation of receipt of the items /refund. The silence from Debenhams and the original retailer- " Where's that from" is concerning.
The shoes were of very poor quality hence the return. I wish it is possible to award zero star.
Can this company be responsible enough to pay my refund?

This dreadful company & Debenhams.com are a rip off boots I ordered not fit for purpose. I ordered a size 4 uk slipper/boots, when they came they actually fitted my friend she is a size 5 1/2-6, they are not as described and not fit for purpose even with two pair of slipper socks they fell off my feet, Debenhams.com told me to send them back and request a replacement size do, which I did. I have had a message from Debenhams.com to state where’s that from are issuing a refund minus the postage I paid??? No replacement for their misguided sizing. Breaking the law as companies can not take postage off when their product is not as described and not fit for purpose, I will be contacting my bank for my full refund.
I ordered some boots from this company…
I ordered some boots from this company via Wowcher which have never been delivered. I contacted them regarding my order and they have replied that they do not recognise it. I have given them the details and the ref number from wowcher, stating that it was an order through that platform but they have still said they don't know anything about my order and won't even reply to my emails now. I have tried to go back to Wowcher but they just keep giving me the email address of 'Where's That From' to contact. It's only £30 but that's not the point. I won't buy anything from 'Where's that from' again or buy anything through Wowcher gain as I have had problems with a couple of orders placed through that platform and I refuse to lose any more money via that company.
Faulty item not fully refunded
I ordered slippers for my daughter for Christmas but they both split within a week of wearing. I returned them & received a refund but I am out of pocket by £2.95 postage which I shouldn’t have to pay. I was advised I would be fully refunded but I’m not holding my breath 2 weeks on. I wouldn’t use them again

Left a one star review some weeks back but have now received my refund (in Jan 2026)
This company however needs to work on some kind of communication channel with customers, as not hearing back from a retailer regarding the status of one’s refund is only going to trigger a negative review.
They need to learn to MANAGE CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS & ENGAGE THEM

There is no way to contact them. My return has been in limbo for 2 weeks now and I have no way of following up on refund status. How can an online retailer not have contact/ help desk details?! Not even an AI assistant

Poor service for lost goods
Bought an item and couldn’t return via Royal Mail as stated on delivery note so had to contact them to find out how to return it. Sent a link to go via Evri for a free return. Returned my item however they saying they don’t have it. Provided email confirmation of my return, confirmation of it being delivered to them 2 days later. Emails you get from
customer service agents are very unprofessional. No acknowledgment from them. Won’t be using them again. I placed my order via Matalan as they are a 3rd party seller with them.

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order via the Debenhams website. I returned a pair of boots over a month ago and despite contacting them several times, they still insist they didn't receive them and are refusing to refund my money. I hold Debenhams responsible for promoting this company as a trusted partner, they are totally untrustworthy and appears that they regularly scam customers!

The worst company
The worst company. It's a big scam and i can not believe that such a big company like SportsDirect is selling their products on the oficially website. I've ordered 3 weeks ago a pair of boots and it didn't fit and i return them to "where's that from" adress wharehouse and i mentioned that i want a bigger size. After 3 weeks no answer. I've sent them already 3 emails with my problem and nobody answer. Don't buy from them.
Not the Debenhams Quality
I wish I read these reviews before buying from the new ‘Debenhams’ and ‘Trusted Partners’. The size 8 wide shoes I bought are no where near Size 8 and the quality is suspect. Sending back for a refund , luckily I paid via PayPal so no matter how long this takes, I will get my money back .
Disappointed!! This is definitely not the quality of the Debenhams everyone loved.
Debenhams via Where's that From
Ordered 3 pairs shoes from Debenhams that were fulfilled by Where's That From. I needed to return them and realised I was in for a game when the instructions don't match the process. I have tracking to prove they got there but this has not been acknowledged by them. Reading the other reviews I think I risk being out of pocket for a considerable sum now.
Update... As suspected they are saying they haven't received the return, despite me having proof of delivery.
