Happy with our experience. Team of 4 worked hard the day before completion packing up our stuff and returned the following day to complete the process. Steve in particular was very reassuring throughout the process. We were downsizing and on arrival at our new property were overwhelmed by the sheer quantity of boxes being brought in. It was therefore decided to return the following morning to complete the unloading which helped enormously. I would like to shout out to all the guys; Steve, Darren, Fabio and Gavin (?) who all did a sterling job.

I engaged White and company to move my possessions from my old property to my new one. 09.12.25. The process was entirely satisfactory, punctual, friendly staff, great care taken with my furniture etc and potentially 5 star rating.
Naturally while my new property was under renovation and my furniture needed to go into storage, I contacted White and company again following this experience. 07.04.26 Wrong. Things could not have been so different. The crew arrived and consisted of three, one being on his first day who was set to pack up kitchen. He broke a glass! An inventory was completed which was completely unreadable. The last piece of furniture to load was a very expensive dresser. Bubble wrapped on initial move. It was not dismantled as it should have been or protected in any way. When I requested this I was told “ it will be fine we have done it before” I followed it out to the van to discover that half of my belongings were missing and apparently on a different van. When I asked about the container (sealed) as mentioned in your literature I was told “ it will be loaded onto palettes in the warehouse” I was anxious for the 3 months in storage in case all was not returned! I was then presented with several documents to sign which I had no time to read first! 2 days later it was discovered a large kitchen cupboard had not been packed!
There are too many forms to complete at every stage and some appear to be duplicated and I think you rely on technology too much. Not everyone is tech savvy.
02/07/26 The removal from store to property. Steve, Dean and Theo arrived and unloaded in a timely and courteous manner taking care of my furniture etc and protecting my new carpets and new paint work. One piece of furniture was scratched, obviously when removed to store because again it had not been dismantled as requested. Apart from once again requiring numerous signatures which suggest I am happy that all was present and correct the return was a pleasant experience. How can I confirm all this if I have not unpacked the boxes.
I trust that you will use this experience for staff training purposes and maybe review your paperwork issues.
Currently waiting for boxes to be removed which are cluttering my driveway. Hope it does not rain before they are collected.
Thankfully I will not need to move again.

On the whole good people both in the support role and in getting the goods moved

Your team arrived on time and introduced themselves. They were professional, courteous and friendly, and were very efficient in reviewing the items to move, then organizing to move them. The removals process was quick, but careful, and the items arrived and were unpacked at the new home and placed where we wanted them.

Very impressed with the service I received. They were able to provide removals at quite short notice. Very competative price - much cheaper than some other quotations received. Would definately recommend.

Had to chase when boxes did not arrive as promised. Had to chase twice to get boxes delivered in uk. Otherwise cheerful crew and everything as expected

staff arrived on time and were quick and efficient. They were helpful and friendly.
Had a couple of minor breakages but overall well packed and well delivered

Outstanding service at all stages: admin couldn't have been more efficient and supportive, especially with guidance about HMRC duties of our furniture being transported from Austria to UK; similarly the separate crews that collected our stuff in Austria and delivered it to the UK were both fantastically helpful and efficient.

A return to the UK from France could have been a nightmare without the help of the team from White & Co. I received plenty of help with all the paperwork that was required and obtained the necessary clearance very quickly. Collection of my possessions could also have been tricky as the vehicular access to the property was limited. This was overcome by the skill of the driver and an attitude that nothing was going to be too much trouble by both members of the team. The delivery of the furniture and effects was carried out efficiently, no breakages and no mess. What seemed to be a difficult move was handled very efficiently by the various members of the company that were involved throughout.

The packers were polite & helpful & very quick.

From start to finish the service we had for our removals from White & Co was flawless. From initial contact, with a face to face survey to get a quote, through to scheduling the moving date and finally the removal itself, we were in safe hands. The removal team were punctual, polite and professional, but also a good laugh as well, they handled our property with care. We could not have asked for more. The overall service was really good. All staff very helpful. All planned dates were kept to therefore whole experience was made less stressful. On return to uk all items in our boxes were perfect ,no breakages at all.

All the staff are great from the first phone call to the day of the move, very professional I would highly recommend them to anybody who is moving home.

Your moving men were great. Very cheerful. Only moan was that you were an hour later than than the expected time. We had to phone you. It's a stressful day, so a call from you about the delay would have been nice.

We arranged the shipment of a relatively large and complex set of belongings from the UK to Mallorca, and the service was excellent throughout. Everything arrived on time and the process was handled smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. We had packing and everything was done in a speedy and professional manor and the boxes/ pictures/ furniture were well packed with no damage occurring. Everything went to plan and all staff were friendly and courteous, including booking staff in the office.
The local depot picked up the boxes when we had unpacked.
Would highly recommend.

Very good experience with my removal within Bournemouth. Team arrived on time and were prepared. Did an excellent job of loading all my items. Could have benefited from some tools to help move large pieces of furniture - minor scuff damage to corners and walls. Excellent job unloading items at the new house. Brought extra staff to help unload once the keys had been received. I would definitely consider using them again.
