Really good service provided for my move from Glasgow to Inverness.

They turned up on time, were curtious and polite and helpful and went beyond their remit to make the move as painless as possible.

Overall the service provided by the team was terrific from loading their van/s in Fife to delivering to Wirral. This however was badly soured by the damage they did to a dining table they themselves wrapped as part of the special requirements noted in the quotation/contract. Having been advised during the quotation house visit that using our own house insurance was acceptable we didn’t take the MoveProtect cover and now find although the table was wrapped by them, moved by them, offloaded by them they do not accept any liability for the damage they caused.
Still struggling to understand this to be honest and not prepared to try and claim via own insurance because of likely premium increase when the repair would be nearly impossible - veneer and badly dented.

Excellent service. Very helpful staff - no problem too big to overcome both pick up and delivery 2 days later.

The removal guys were extremely efficient, polite and alert to all challenges. The whole experience was smooth and made hassle free from Scott pricing the work and responsive support from the admin. Excellent.

Staff arrived earlier than scheduled. They help carried everything from the house to the truck and neatly loaded them.

Everything was received on the scheduled day and in perfect condition.

Great overall customer service at each level of the business and Andy and Graham (our removal men) were brilliant.

Couldn’t fault my removals process, from start to finish. Great communication from the moment they were allocated to me, right up to when the last box was dropped off. The driver was very professional and friendly, as were the teams at both the pick up, and drop off, locations. Fingers crossed that I get White & Co again on my next move.

removal staff were great, very helpful, had an issue with incorrect calculation of volumes, management was very disappointing no interest in assisting at all.so had to incur extra cost to hire vans to move my own remaining items. The cost of moving with whites was expensive and although the site team were great I got no support from the management team.

I was kept up to date with everything I needed to know, the removal, storage and delivery. Anything not packed was wrapped and labelled, all boxes itemised. Delivery was on time, nothing damaged, no damp smells after 6 months in their storage.
Transport from Livingston, stored then delivered to Spain, they also dealt with customs.

Graham is a top bloke helpful and full of banter excellent service.
