Removal people very pleasant and helpful.
The furniture and household items were all packed and unpacked carefully.

Admin staff also very helpful with answering queries before the move.
One adverse point is that at the time of the online survey I was not told that my preferred dates were unavailable, so had to change my preferred moving date.

Your removal guys were an absolute delight, even though a couple of vehicles were used it all worked out well and timeously. My daughter was also helped with some of her belongings which had been moved separately, very much appreciated.
We were impressed that you offer packaging material disposal if needed too.
All in all, everything was handled with humour and professionalism which alleviated alot of stress.

We had a great experience with White and Co. from start to finish. Their correspondence was prompt, and the video survey was really helpful. We felt well prepared for the move.

Throughout the move itself, John and Chris were exceptionally efficient and thorough whilst remaining cheery and engaging. They packed all our items with care and were very helpful in unpacking.

We were completely satisfied and would recommend White and Co. Dunfermline to anyone.

The team arrived to collect our possessions on time and were extremely professional and happy to be doing the job.

On delivery there was a slight delay due to traffic however great care was shown when placing our possessions in our new house.

Over all a very good service with no issues during both phases of the move.

The team were hard working and polite, which was impressive considering the sheer amount of stuff we've accumulated over the years! Both ends of the removal went really smoothly and there was no issues at all. Even when it looked like the collection was going to take longer than expected, some of the other boys came to help which was ideal. I'd definitely recommend White & Co and will use them again if I happen to move house again.

Timely and hard working crew, packed with care and humour. Looked after the house with carpet protectors and treated us with respect too. No breakages of any fragile items (we have lots of glasses and crockery) although as ever a bump or two of the bigger bits of furniture is inevitable. They did their best to avoid this with blankets and cardboard protection. A few books dog eared but nothing drastic and no damage to any of our pictures/frames which is more than can be said for previous moves. The crew even helped us get the majority of items unpacked and in place at our new house too which gave us a great start to making the house a home. Thank you Whites!

John and Kevin worked so hard and with such good humour. They were knowledgable, thoughtful and helpful. This is the best move we’ve ever done (8 moves in 14 years) largely thanks to the reassuring office team and the diligence and flexibility of John and Kevin. Many, many thanks.

Fabulous experience, right from the first call with Carol, through the very polite and professional survey from Scott, to the actual move with Ryan, Kev, Alex and the rest of their team. Our moving experience was made smooth and efficient and stress free by White & Company. Not a single thing was damaged. Not even my eight foot cheese plant. It didn't lose a single leaf.
I would definitely recommend the Dunfermline branch. Lovely people and great customer service. Thanks again to the boys who lifted and shifted. Particularly Ryan and Kev.

We have moved a number of times and right from the start it was clear that this was a professional organisation. On arrival Craig and his team worked tirelessly. They were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The delivery was on time and offloaded speedily. Ryan and Michael worked very hard and ensured that the offload was carried out in accordance with our wishes. The quote was very competitive, value for money and the overall service excellent. I have no hesitations in recommending White & Coy.

My move was seamless thanks to the great work of Alan Fordham and Jamie Stratton. They are efficient, quick workers. I recommend White and Company, Dunfermline to anyone who needs a first class moving experience.

Hi - I was really disappointed that I got charged an extra £400 for cancelling my date for removal of our furniture from storage - I was told the fee had to be charged to pay for the men as they would not have any work but still required to be paid - I get this - but within 24 hours I reinstated the same date and was told - no men available so they were all on other jobs ?
I still feel strongly about this and would settle for 50% back - the delay cost me £560 in hotel costs ?
So after such a good service this last bit left a bad feeling as hopefully you can understand

White&Company provided an excellent removals service! Always reachable and available to help, by answering questions, helping to navigate through customs' issues, etc. I was kept properly informed and up to date at every step of the way (and there were many steps indeed, because of demanding customs, loads of red tape, etc).
