An excellent company that is highly recommended. I couldn’t fault the service provided, and they certainly helped ease what had become a stressful move.

We have just experienced excellent service from White and Company. We were only able to confirm a few days before the move and the staff did their very best to accommodate us. The removal team were friendly, helpful and extremely professional throughout. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Absolutely fantastic service to move house. The whole team were very professional and hard working, they couldn’t do enough for us, including a full team effort to squeeze a huge through a tight access. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional service from start to finish. We recently moved house using White and company removals, on the recommendation of a family member. We found the idea of moving house very daunting. However, all the staff we encountered, from the Branch manager, the office staff and the removal team made everything easy and straightforward. The staff are unfailingly pleasant, considerate and "can do". We'd like to give a particular mention to the removal team Kev Mc D, Steve, Stu N and Mark, who were professional and helpful, while keeping up the good humour at every stage!

White and Company provided an outstanding service during my recent move. They were kind, helpful and professional. Every member of staff was polite and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble, even though my date kept moving, they remained calm and accommodating. They totally looked after me at a very stressful and difficult time. Really should be 10*

Our delivery was conducted by Mark Cullingford and Stuart Nisbet. Arriving mid-afternoon due to a delay in customs clearance, the guys worked tirelessly to try to get us set up with the essentials for the night before departing. The returned the following morning to complete the delivery. Great care was taken throughout to ensure our belongings were delivered in the same state as they were collected while also taking careful consideration to the apartment with adequate protection in place. Mark took the lead of our collection and it was great to have him take charge of the delivery too. The service we received throughout was exceptional. You get what you pay for with true professionals!

The guys worked really hard and got us packed in super-quick time.
We have a heavy fridge freezer which was a challenge getting into our new house but all achieved with no damage to item or the guys!
The ladies in the office were also very helpful and calm during a fairly stressful time.

I could not give Stuart and Kevin from Lancaster Whites anything other than 5 stars as they were brilliant. Well organised, fast and efficient whilst still managing to be friendly. Also at the office end everything was dealt with efficiently. We could not have had a better removal experience. Thanks to everyone.

Kevin Mc, Matty and Dave did a great job moving us from Lancashire to Norfolk. Everything loaded, unloaded, and placed where we wanted it in perfect condition.

We used White & Company for our move abroad. The quote was very reasonable, which they conducted at the property and not over a Zoom call.

They arrived when the said they would and ensured that the carpets and doors were covered to prevent damage and dirt.

They packaged everything carefully and methodically and then placed in onto the inventory. Everything was accounted for. They worked hard over the 2 days and answered any questions that we had for them. They packaged everything carefully and securely.

The guys themselves were brilliant. They were courteous, motivated and easy to talk too. Nothing was to much trouble for them.

Whites were very helpful and supportive and also very affordable compared to other companies. Kev and Steven were very careful and considerate with all our furniture. They were also very kind and easy to talk to. Definitely would recommend as they are the best removal firm I have used.
