The crew were very polite,informative,fast, and friendly. Looked like a team that works well together. They were also thoughtful of us being around during the move! Would be pleased to have the same crew when I am ready to move my belongings out of storage.

Initial impression was very good with Craig arranging the removal.

Motorcycle keys were missing though and has to be returned asap. Office less responsive.

Very professional service, took about 3 hours to pack up the contents in my flat. Both Bradley and Callum were thorough and diligent with packing all items including fragile paintings and screens. Would recommend to anyone looking to use a moving a company.

Very impressed throughout our recent move from Plymouth to the outskirts of London with the conduct of White & Co. They packed, moved and unpacked us without incident. Dan and Richard were at all times professional and polite throughout, they took time out to fully explain aspects of the move and the method of packing to ensure we were informed and content.
Without hesitation I would recommend White & Co, I thank them for making our move that little bit more stress free.

I was happy with my quote, it compared very closely to others, but the person who I did the video call with to show the amount that needed moving was very pushy and kept going on and on with the hard sell. I had to tell them to stop talking a few times so I could just get my questions answered.

Immediately after booking, I was told a subsidiary company was going to do the move, which would be fine if they'd just let me know beforehand, it just feels weird to be so secretive.

When it came to the actual move, the two people were great and I had no real issues, apart from I was promised it'd be a three man job! That meant my 2-3 estimate actually took 4 hours to load up.

All in all, good removal, but wouldn't want to deal with White and Co again.

All staff from the office to the removal men were friendly, polite,and respectful.
They handled my furniture efficiently and arrived at stated time.

Whites without possessions owner's (Me) knowledge, permission, or anyone's signature, arranged for their agents to enter my property to take all my lawfully owned possessions.
Yes, you read that right no signature just someone with no authority told them to do it. After depriving me of all my possessions, they refused to tell me where they had concealed them and pathetically claimed that someone told them to do it.

Regarding the reply from Whites to my original review, I would again like to point out that you knew you did not have the legitimate property owner's permission to take all his possessions, and that no one had the authority to tell you to do this.
You have no signature telling you to do this as I have the emails where you retrospectively ask Agility who signed to tell you to do this.
It is disappointing that you have flagged a 100% correct review with Trust Pilot to remove the truth.

Let us look at the undisputed facts:

The government department that you allude to is the Global Support Overseas (GSO) which did not and will not ever own my personal (non-military) possessions, to claim otherwise is untrue.
Whites you are welcome to again go to the GSO or Agility to obtain proof you had permission and the homeowner's signature; I will not hold my breath. as you already know the answer.

The facts are:

Did the GSO own my goods? No
Did you or the GSO have the homeowner's permission? No
Did you or the GSO have a signature from the possession owner? No
Did you have a signature from the GSO? No

Did you take the homeowner's possessions without the owner's permission? Yes
Did you know the homeowner was threatened by GSO to sign Customs forms? Yes
Did you refuse to tell the homeowner where you were keeping his possessions? Yes
The local removal firm SAWYERS emailed you clearly stating they cannot enter someone's home without his knowledge or permission, as they could be arrested.
Did your manager (I will insert his name later) tell GSO that he told them to do it anyway?
I have emails confirming all the above points.

You say in no way, did you deprive me of my possessions. (I am not allowed to use your words in your response) But as you took them without my permission and would not tell me where you concealed them, we shall call it deprived.

The Gov website says the following:
A person is guilty of theft if he dishonestly appropriates property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it; and “thief” and “steal” shall be construed accordingly.

I tried to speak to your department to discuss it, but you blame everyone else you are meant to be a removal company and follow the law. you did not.

Trustpilot I will be disappointed if you remove this as they know it is the truth, and they do not wish to be held accountable, as their complaints process is inept, and they try to blame everyone else.

Perfect service from Whites from start to finish. Competitive quote and very communicative and helpful at all times. The packing and removals experience was highly profession and very quick. White's also very accomodating when my move was delayed my immigration and customs delays. Final delivery to our new home was equally efficient and highly professional. Movinh to a new home overseas is incredibly stressful but White's helped that immensely. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to recommend their services to others.

Not sure where to start?

I want to be clear - the ground crews who packed and unpacked were OK, not the best in the business but decent.

We moved many times all across the globe, the crews here were polite, on time, efficient and helpful. Aside from the fact that they do not know how to deal with expensive items and antiques (I specifically asked for a 250 year old family heirloom painting to be single-crated) just to be surprised on the other end that they added a couple of other frames in the same crate, defeating the purpose of crating the antique piece. Luckily it was not harmed but that could have gone seriously wrong!! Luckily we are not fussed with our belongings as everything can be replaced except that one piece which is why I am mentioning it here.

Where it really gets sticky is with the surveyor and the admin crew who will promise you a million things to get you sign on the dotted line and wire the money ASAP - yes, ASAP! At first they are super nice and fail to disclose all the little fine print which is how they make their money. Word of advice, do not bother listening to a word the surveyor says, instead read every word on the contract (on all pages) twice! and compare to other companies. You will see that they are not competetive at all. They have so many clauses in there that others don't (I went back after to read through all the quotes) that the move costed me 40% more than it would have been with the next best removal company. Insane! truth be told, they were not even the cheapest quote I gathered but the promises and promises of the sales person nudged me to award them the job anyhow - to my regret! Do not fall for this. Better to pay from the beginning 5-10% more for one of the larger removal companies and have piece of mind. I regret that I decided to award them our overseas move but once the payment was done, it was too late and they are like sharks and when they smell blood....

We had the best experience moving with White & Co, from the very helpful staff at quoting stage through to the friendly and accommodating removal guys. Everything went smoothly and was completed efficiently.

The packers and those doing the removal were very considerate and took great care with our belongings.

The removal guys were mostly polite. Some weren't fluent at English and this might have been part of the problem when packing and labelling. Some lacked training. They were overworked and exhausted deserving more pity than blame but this was a bad reflection on the company itself.
Sadly a lot of damage happened to my furniture from scratches to leather sofas, to tears to a new office chair, to breakages, to total loss of precious items bought on holidays, which, cannot be compensated.
It was a very bad experience and I would never recommend them to anyone nor will I use them ever again.
To be fair, I complained and gave full feedback and it might possibly have been taken on board, hopefully producing some improvement. But, what was lost or damaged cannot be compensated.
Their packing method had no rhythm nor rhyme to it - a lot of haphazardness and lack of common sense. They said they were short staffed but I paid the price for this. Some delicate breakables were not packaged accordingly. I asked for compensation following a full report with some photos and they paid for some which would never be enough to redeem the damage. Cheekily they wanted me to claim on my insurance! I thought, how unprofessional and unfair but, I refused of course. They insisted that everything was delivered but sadly some things never showed up. I shall live to regret my bad decision and I am writing this to warn others as I blame myself for not having read the reviews on this site until too late.
I sincerely hope that they have taken my comments on board and are improving or else they will not get good recommendations to their detriment.
