We recently sold and bought through White and Son’s Reigate and were very happy with their service.
All the team were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was always an update email or call about viewings and we were kept in the loop the whole time.
The process was made easy and we would definitely use them again if we ever move!

Kate has been very helpful so far and has been quick with organising viewings. Her responses regarding any questions we have had have been quickly answered.

Absolutely amazing estate agent in Reigate - had the pleasure of dealing with both Rebecca and Louise ! Nothing is too much trouble, by far the best estate agent I’ve come across in many years of buying and selling - super friendly, knowledgeable and professional, I can’t recommend them more.

After four years of being a reliable tenant, All rent paid on time, I’m shocked that White & Sons are trying to take a large portion of my deposit over trivial issues. They listed things like a grain of dust as justification for charging me for a full professional clean. That’s not wear and tear that’s nitpicking.

I kept the property clean, took photos before leaving, and handed it back in good condition. Yet they still tried to push excessive charges. I’ve since seen other tenants reporting the same behaviour, which says a lot.

Tenants deserve fairness, not exploitation. If this happens to you, don’t accept it use the deposit protection scheme dispute process, which is there to stop agencies from making unreasonable deductions.

My husband and I have been looking for a property over 3 months, crossing paths with many different estate agencies. White and Sons by far have been the best, most professional, quality in their service, brochures and follow up. We had Steph for a viewing, who showed exceptional mannerisms, knowledge, rapport and professionalism. First time in our house service, we felt truly looked after and in the right hands. Thank you

Kieran was fantastic to deal with throughout our property transaction. The process was far from straightforward, yet Kieran and the team at White & Sons Dorking managed to turn it around extremely quickly and achieve a great result. The service we experienced with a recent property viewing was exemplary. Lisa Jane showed us around the property, allowing us space to view while taking note of the queries she was unable to answer immediately. She then did what few agents seem to manage successfully, she followed up promptly with satisfactory answers to all our queries.

They All spent time to make it a personal touch, rather than some of the larger Estate agents. I would not hesitate to use White & Sons for any buying and selling properties.

I had a very disappointing experience with White & Sons regarding the handling of my tenancy deposit.

At the end of my tenancy, they attempted to claim £1,244.80 in deductions from my deposit, covering cleaning, decorating, and alleged damages. The scale of this claim immediately felt excessive and not reflective of the actual condition of the property.

I challenged the charges and the matter was referred to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for independent adjudication. The outcome speaks for itself — the claim was reduced to just £315, meaning over 75% of what was initially demanded was rejected. Most notably, the entire cleaning charge was dismissed.

This raises serious concerns about how the original figures were calculated and presented. Had I not challenged this through the proper process, I would have been expected to accept a vastly inflated and unjustified deduction.

As a tenant, you rely on agents to act fairly and reasonably. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with very little confidence in that process. I would strongly advise others to scrutinise any proposed deductions carefully and not hesitate to escalate disputes where necessary.

Lucy at the Horley office has been wonderful and extremely accommodating with any issues that have arisen during the sale of the property. The whole team there have been very helpful and Lucy has gone over and above with her professional approach and liaising with the solicitors involved, so 10/10 White &Sons!!! Will definitely recommend!

Very personal service, always available and they were empathetic as it was a probate house.

From start to finish the whole process was made so easy with regular updates both via e-mail and telephone of the property purchase. The professionalism of Jack, Cedric and all the staff has been exemplary, it's been a pleasure to deal with them.
