Shaun put a lot of work in getting me over the line.

One fine morning I got a cold message on LinkedIn on a senior role which I wasn't too keen on. Dylan briefed me about the role and a role which seemed ordinary initially on paper, was interesting after talking to Dylan. Dylan was also very diligent in his communication in arranging interviews for my role. I had 5 rounds of interview which Dylan arranged seamlessly. Dylan also made sure the role I secured, met my demands in terms of role expectations and compensation.
