I had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice. Appointments were frequently canceled or rescheduled without proper notice, and doctors were changed without informing us. The communication is poor, with questions often left unanswered.

It’s clear that the focus here is more on making money than providing genuine care, especially for NHS patients. They schedule regular check-ups but avoid necessary treatments, likely just to meet quotas. One dentist recommended fluoride treatment for my child's teeth, while another from the same practice said it wasn't advisable — completely contradictory advice. To top it off, I was shocked to hear a dentist suggest letting kids eat chocolates, something I’ve never heard from a healthcare professional before.

The overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional. If you’re looking for a practice that genuinely cares about patient well-being, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Although the Reception and waiting times can be improved within the surgery , my dentist is fantastic. She explains every aspect of dental care and what’s happening with your teeth. Her reassuring and calm nature helps calm your nerves . Dr Navneet Chahal is a true asset to this surgery .

Awful dentist awful
Dentist was derogatory towards an Asian. You maybe in Southall but you're not a samosa shop. Waited 30 mins...other clients seen on time.dentist decided to shout frustration of set up from rece.two lazy receptionists doing nothing. Then manager complicit. Dentist poor standards of behaviour. You are a professional. Not reception. You delayed medical treatment by weeks due to Ur ranting then deciding to delist NHS patient. Don't abuse your power on patients. It is dentistry not two for one samosas. Other shocking reviews on different experiences elsewhere by same practice

Excellent Dentistry skills. Such a lovely staff and highly skilled Dentists.
