Sent the wrong items
Not responded to any contact to correct order
So now 40£ out of pocket and items I can’t use
Do not order form this site.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and got an order confirmation. The website says next day shipping. I have not gotten anything, not a shipping confirmation or a response to my email from customer support.

I use them regularly, never had any problems whatsoever. I assume some of the negative reviews on here could potentially be from fake profiles created by 'rivals' who charge much more.

I had a fantastic deal on nicotine pouches. I also got free shipping and they shipped it with dhl express and they shipped the day after. What can i say 10/10. I tried to send them email when i saw the negative review here on when they will ship. I just got an reply with my order has shipped. I will shop from them again many times.

Do not use this company ever. They sent the wrong order twice so I have 130 pounds worth of useless products. The never answer emails or try to correct their mistakes

I ordered one week ago , and received nothing. Don’t order from them .
