I have worked in care for quite a long time and have done numerous online training sessions, this has been one of the most enjoyable training sessions ever,really knowledgeable trainers who involve everyone,plus I learnt some new techniques that I will be putting into practice

the eloquence in speech which made it very easy for the one using English as a second language to clearly hear and understand

Session was detailed and very interesting. Adequate knowledge shared.

The training was well managed. The trainer was friendly and I could easy talk to her. She always helped people with problems and besides that did the training very well.
The training was interesting but most of the things were easy to manage with common sence, so in my opinion it is a little bit too long.

The training content is simple to understand and delivered with relevant illustrations and examples for better understanding.

Worst training I’ve ever done in 20 years. I do this training 3x a year for different years. Got everyone’s name wrong which is annoying. Patronising in the way it was delivered, tone of voice as if we are stupid or don’t understand. Usually you learn something new as things change.
