Pamela Christmas delivered day 1 of the rapid induction care certificate training. She was very friendly and welcoming. She was knowledgeable, easy to follow and went at a good pace. She was happy to answer questions and discuss scenarios, and to go back when I wanted to see info we had gone past.

Trainer made the presentation interesting with lots of personal experiences. Started and finished on time. Helped with technical issues. Very polite and chatty.
