I started my investment journey with Emergence just before the COVID pandemic. What a great hands off experience it has been. My main point of contact was/is Tom Mills and he and his team are the most helpful, proactive and knowledgeable people you can have on your side. The support starts from the very first time a property is sourced and you still get that support after the completion.
I have never actually met Tom or attended any of their days out, but I have spoken to him numerous times.
Having sourced a couple of properties through Tom maybe now I should meet the team lol.
In all seriousness, I recommend this team very highly and look forward to working with Emergence Property for years to come.
Maybe I shouldn't praise them so highly as there will be less properties for the current investors Hahaha

For me the litmus test has been the Covid period. When everyone was dreading communicating with investors, Tom consistently kept us posted on the property developments. No rosy picture was painted, fact was presented as is with an optimistic mindset. I haven't had a chance to meet Tom is person but very confident to work with him. How the person behaves in a moment of crisis says a lot about them and for me Tom has far surpassed my expectations. He'll build an empire and will make sure others around him benefit too.

I networked with Tom just over 12months ago and I instantly clicked with his business model. He is very calm and cool in his approach and these were good signs for me. I live and just completed my first mini HMO in Crawley West Sussex. I wanted to invest in the North as the yields are double than south and the prices affordable for a middle class person. We have been working with Emergence for 6 months now as the Broker for their Clients. We have them very easy to work with, and they are always transparent and ethical in how they work.

Came across Tom and the team after wanting to invest in property but at the same time had no experience and a bit hesitant at the best course of action.
