its shit

its shit, absolutely disgusting, please never buy from it. i ordered on april 18 and told i will receive it on april 29-may 1 .. its may 7 now and they never answer either on email or from the website itself

A terrible website

A terrible website. They don’t actually have any stock but still sell products online, and then never ship them. Only when I chased them did they even try to negotiate with their supplier about whether they could send it at my price. Customer service is never available—if you’re lucky, you might get a reply after several hours.

I have placed an order from your website. It’s been almost a month now, i have not had an update about when the product would be delivered , no response to the query on the number provided for support. This is really disappointing. When I receive a response either on Whtsapp or email

Very impressed with the excellent service

I placed an order for califa almond milk for the 1st time. And after placing my order, I decided to check reviews about whlsome store to ascertain if they are genuine. I was a bit skeptical and hoped I would receive my order without any hassle. I was so glad to receive my exact order on time and on the specific date they had said it will be delivered. I am very impressed. I will definitely order again and I encourage Whlsome to keep up with the good service delivery

Bad customer service

I have ordered an item. And I just received a wrong item. It's not the flavor I ordered, so I return back the wrong item to recieve another wrong one after one week !!

I didn't receive my order yet ; And the customer service is so bad ; nobody answers or responds . I am really disappointed by your treatment and if you don't want to deliver my order or solve my problem then send me my money back. Thanks
