The worst experience I could have had is with these pseudo developers. Don't make the same mistake I've been through. More than 30 days without using the module since it never worked. It is a whmcs module for whatsapp

They say it works and other users have no problems, but I don't see any positive ratings in the whmcs marketplace. I think I was the first to fall since the module has a recent release date (v1.0.0 Released September 13th, 2022. Changelog: v1.0.1 Released October 19th, 2022)

Be careful, they promise to return the money within 10 days if you are not satisfied with the service, but it is not. They never give you your money back!

Since they did not return my money, I am posting this negative feedback so that the same does not happen to other loyal buyers.

It will be very difficult to trust another Indian company again

I have purchased ClientX, and the support from WGS team and from Sandeep is awesome. He helped me a lot with small changes without hesitation. Theme comes as described. Within 7 days, they used my feedback to develop and update the changes, and they notified me. team is fantastic. I'm looking forward to many more customizations with you. Keep it up guys.

This company offer a 10-day money back guarantee, but simply refuse to give you a refund within this period if you don't like their product. Then when you question it, they just ignore your correspondence. I was hopeful to use this company for more projects, but I have been put off.

Custom addon for whmcs was done in short term and works perfectly.

Poor quality, bought VMWare WHMCS module that does not work, Time to first answer was at least 2 days, requested money back, no answer.

Reached out to these guys for some custom work in WHMCS, and not only did they complete the work promptly, but corrected the entire job after I forgot some important details. They were also great in communication, keeping me in the loop every day throughout the development.
I will use these guys again for any other custom work in the future!
