My dog is now 13plus

My dog is now 13plus. She was a rescue dog and for the 12 years ive had her has had Akela. It arrives quickly and is fresh. She looks well on it and her coat is good.I have had a vet say she hopes she is as good when she is a similar age! I would happily recommend it .

Amazing high quality food.

I wouldn’t feed my dog anything else - she has allergies, Akela fish (allergies include poultry) is a super high quality food. She loves it ( we also add cooked veggies which she adores) we have noticed the benefits through her fur, teeth and general overall health. Would highly recommend Akela to anyone.

Akela offers such a range of options

They are great on delivery, my dog loves the small kibble. There is so little variety for dogs in flavour normally but Akela offers a lovely range of different flavours PLUS the option of small kibble. My little Border Terrier just doesn't eat any other dried food now and I can't fault it.

Akela Pet Foods Ltd からの回答

Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about Akela — we really appreciate it.

We’re very sorry to hear about the delivery experience. As we offer a range of carrier options at checkout, this issue appears to relate to the courier service selected rather than the service provided by Akela directly.

We completely understand how frustrating it is to be told a delivery was missed when you were at home, and then have to travel to collect the parcel yourself.

If possible, we’d really appreciate it if you would consider updating or removing the Trustpilot review for Akela and instead leaving feedback on the courier’s Trustpilot profile, as this helps reviews more accurately reflect the company responsible for the delivery experience.

Thank you again for your support and for choosing Akela.
