Thank you for your feedback and for being a customer with us since 2019. We appreciate your business over the years and are happy to hear that you found the scent to be accurate.

We did want to clarify that the product ordered was our Fragrance Oil Spray, not our traditional Body Oil formula that you have purchased from us previously. Our Fragrance Oil Sprays are designed with a different base meant for a spray bottle and wear differently than our Body Oils.

Fragrance performance is also heavily influenced by the specific fragrance. Louis Vuitton Symphony is a fresh citrus fragrance, which by nature has a lighter scent profile and will not have the same strength or longevity as deeper, heavier fragrances.

For customers trying a new fragrance or a new product type for the first time, we always recommend starting with a sample or smaller size first. This allows you to determine whether the scent profile and performance meet your personal preferences before purchasing a larger size.

Thank you for your feedback. We just wanted to clarify that Burberry of London and Burberry refer to the same fragrance in our catalog. We only carry one version, which is our reproduction of the original Burberry fragrance.

FAST TURNAROUND TIME!!!

I put in an oil order mid-week, Tuesday night, (late) & I didn't expect it to be delivered until the following week. I checked my email to see what the status was & it showed DELIVERED!!! I was SO EXCITED & PLEASED at the FAST TURNAROUND,. I've been buying oils for about 12-15 years because my customers won't let me quit...they LOVE the oils! & I do too!!!

I have been ordering from you for years. I find that the oil is terrible watered down now and no where as thick and potent as it was in the past. I pray you go back to the original texture.

Thank you for your feedback and for ordering with us over the years. We appreciate your support and wanted to provide some clarification.

Please be rest assured that our oils have not been watered down. We have been working with the same fragrance manufacturers and using the same process for over 30 years.

Our oils have never contained added thickening agents to make them thick. Thickness also does not determine fragrance strength or quality. Different fragrances can naturally vary in texture due to the ingredients used, but a thicker oil does not mean a stronger or longer-lasting fragrance.

We also noticed that your previous order was from 2021 and contained different fragrances than your most recent order. Because each fragrance has its own unique formula and characteristics, they may not all feel or perform exactly the same.

The only formula adjustments made over time would be required updates for fragrance safety and compliance standards, such as IFRA regulations.

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify and thank you again for your feedback.

I’ve been ordering from this company for years. Every order has been spot on. I get so many compliments on the cologne and I share with lots of members of my family. I really appreciate that they will put whatever you want on the lid if you’re looking for high-quality cologne at a good price than this company is for you highly recommended.
