One of the Mickey pumpkins I ordered arrived damaged because it was just loosely packed in a box with no packaging to keep it from rolling around. I sent a request in for a return for refund or replacement and have heard nothing back from you. It’s been a week. Definitely won’t be ordering from wholesale Halloween again

Great products and prices. However shipping is very slow still have not received items yet and the tracking through DHL is not working properly.

The item hasn't arrived since PO placement three weeks ago. And unable to tell where the item is.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone for my costume for days and no one has reached out. Terrible service! And I didn’t even get my costume in time

I received a size medium when I has ordered a size small. I received an immediate response to my customer service email on Monday morning to either refund or exchange the costume. Travis is ordering a replacement costume for me and sending it right away.

Thankfully I didn't need the costume for a few months, so the delay was no problem for me. I couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you WHC and Travis!

I ordered a pair of white GoGo boots. It arrived quickly and fit perfectly.

The package was received timely, however it was not the same as advertised. I could see that it was a different color through the package so I returned it without opening. We needed the gown to be white or cream and the sash to be red as advertised. The gown appeared to be a checkered tan color and the sash was burgundy. I did not open the package because those colors would not work for our program.

Terrible! I was supposed to get item last week. I needed it for a party. I still have not received the package and they won’t give me a refund until the package is delivered. Who knows where the package is or if I’ll ever get it.
I will never order from this place again.

The items were a little cheaper than I expected, so felt a little let down. Maybe, after I use them, I will feel better. But I expected more from the grave dirt, so I may have to embelish it myself. And I will have to buy lights to light up the corpse cocoon, but that I expected to do.
