I did an online order for a health aide from this Whole sale health club. $149.99 I paid it and tried the product.
I felt the 100% moneyback guarantee was good. Today while checking my accounts I see a 19.98 charge from
the company named. Now I'm going in a circle talking with a AI, looping. I even have my order number and I
repeated , cancel my subscription. Will follow up 8/15/26

Someone is calling me that I subscribed to a Brain Health product over a year ago and the the charges were rejected by my AMEX but I still owe them money for monthly shipments that they have never sent. They gave me a UPSP shipping number that is invalid. Should I report this company to the Attorney General in Texas?

I never subscribed to this and the charge me monthly. You can not get the subscription cancelled because there is no way to get to their website to do it!

I never heard of them. But, now I see that they have been charging my credit card $19.83 every month (at least for this year). I tried to call today to see what this product was because I never received anything. Well, i spoke to the slickest computer voice I've ever heard. "She" said that I was paying for a "Sapphire Membership". That doesn't provide any product - just the ability to get product at a discounted rate. Well, I tried to cancel, and I have disputed at least the latest charge on my credit card. We'll see.

The only thing I can possibly think this is related to - my teenage son (now in college) ordered some kind of body-building thing a few years ago. We convinced him not to take it - and talk to coaches and trainers to see if it were legit. That was a few years ago. They told him not to take it and throw it away.

Was apparently being charged $19.83 since November 2024 to my credit card., with the most recent RECURRING charge today, September 15th. have never dealt with this company, nor did I (or any other family member) sign up for anything with them. When I call the number, I get an AI assistant who, when I ask for a live representative or agent, that says "I am the only available agent right now"
Reading other reviews, apparently these unauthorized charges are not uncommon for this group.

The company is a fraud and should be avoided at all costs. They stole my credit card info and then tried to charge $19.83 a month to my bank for NOTHING! They are located in Scottsdale Arizona and I plan to go by and see what they say about their fraudulent activity or take physical action to rectify the problem for myself and others.

SCAMMERS! I have had no experience or interaction with this business. Only that they have somehow obtained my credit card and fraudulently charged it before it was even activated!! How they got my info is a mystery. I had to cancel card and get new one. These people are thieves and liars! DO NOT TRUST - CALL YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY!

I noticed two fradulent charges on my bank statement. I never had contact with them so I don't know how they got my cc. I tried calling but no luck. I never made this purchase.

I got these 2 packages (I’m a (70 year old woman) with male enhancement gummies in them! I never order these or even knew about them. I’ve contacted the company to return them. I’ll see if they comply! I’m not the first person they have done this to!!

I signed up for a Stihl chainsaw special deal. Immediately, Wholesalehealthclub charged my credit card for a "membership" for which I did not sign up.
I will not let this go.

Got a notice from my bank that I was charged $19.83 for some Wholesale Health outfit. Never heard of them. Cancelled transaction and ordered new card. I still have no idea how they came across my card since I seldom use it anywhere and certainly never for online purchases. Another scam company.

I was only supposed to be charged like 10 $ then I found out my account is misterisly charged another 38 $ under another name I figured this out. You can talk to a real person from their support it just disconnects you ...SCAM SCAM SCAM

This place is a scam. Received bank alerts my Credit Card was charged. That account was obviously closed. Even got an email for my free Sapphire membership! When trying to call to figure out how they got my info, I get AI chat bot and then when you request to speak to a representative enough times, the AI disconnects the call. I've never heard of this company. As you can see, I'm one of many that they have tried to scam.

I made $10 purchase and out of nowhere I get a fraud alert to a $38 subscription charge BUT it wasn't until I'm in line with a basket of groceries that I find out my card has been blocked and can't get a temp till Monday...

This is a total SCAM. I was charged for a monthly membership that I did not authorize or ever heard of. When I called them, I had to deal with an AI. I was offered one half of what I paid and they said membership would be cancelled.

Total Scam! Not a legit company. They steal your Credit Card Info and make fraudulent charges! Do not give them anything! They "pose" as a completely different legitimate company with fake reviews, likes, comments. It's all a total scam! My Credit Union, thankfully blocked all of their fraud charges!

I know nothing about this company. I have received alerts of fraud from my bank for unauthorized charges. A new credit card was issued THREE TIMES with different account numbers. I just got the 3rd new card 10 days ago and havent used it yet or have i gone anywhere. At 6;00am today an alert was received by text message about a charge from this company in AZ. HOW??? Again the bank had to close this account. I am sick and tired of these scammers. I am sick and tired of all the scam calls that I do not answer. Something needs to be done.
