DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I should have heeded all the other reviews. Their customer service is none existent. They placed two orders and charged me twice. I called their phone number and spoke to someone. I emailed them and also contacted them on their web site customer service talk. Well received the two orders(duplicates) and was charged twice.

Company refused to reimburse for a product that I followed their return policy. Had to file a dispute with CC company and they still refused to reimburse. CC company finally reimbursed me - not Wholesale Home. Very shady business! Go elsewhere for sure!

I purchased 2 rolls of wire found a good price and was impressed with after sale notifications and prompt shipping. Great Job

The worst customer service. I have contacted them several times via email and their website and they most of the time don’t get back to you and if they do, it takes them forever.
I will never shop with them again.
